It’s my household staple. Not the most cleanest nor modern but it serves the purpose for my visits.

Bathroom was very dirty very little hot water toilets are very dirty. The staff is not helpful. no kettle in the room, no coffee in the room I would not advise anyone to stay there not good at all

From the greetings on arrival to the moment of departure, the staff and owners were only too happy to assist us. If you are looking for a place to relax and hang by the pool or walk down laneways for 10 minutes to a great swimming beach, this place is just great to wind down from the usual tourist trails. The grounds surrounding our accommodation had lots of wildlife, squirrels, geese and even some resident eagles in the coconut palms.. For western travellers, it's handy to know that they have reasonable bar with cold beer and glasses too..A tuk tuk into town is only 5 minutes when you want to see some of the sights such as the Dutch fort.

Zeer aangenaam verblijf in Batticaloa! Heel vriendelijk personeel en super lekker eten aan een goede prijs! Dit is de perfecte plaats om Batticaloa te ontdekken en aan het zwembad tot rust te kunnen ontspannen. Het personeel vraag ook altijd of je het eten spicy wil of niet en dit is heel uniek

The staff went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The food was so good, I stayed an extra day.

Everything was perfect. The bathrooms were clean, odorless, and good sized with a strong shower. The AC worked really well without being noisy. Meal options were great, high quality dishes made to order - so take care to order at least one hour before you want to eat. The property was so spacious with lots of shady spots to sit by the water. All the staff were incredibly helpful, like they ordered tuktuks for my aunt and I, and the tuktuks came very promptly. We were picked up to go to the railway station at 5:30 AM sharp. From an American perspective the prices of room and meals were all a fantastic deal. I also appreciated the universal charger in the room, which worked for my US plugs. The hotel is nice in that it doesn't feel overly touristy or ostentatious. It's a bit low key but immaculately clean and well-managed. Was interesting to also see the manager's model train set for a nominal fee, check it out on a rainy day esp. if you have kids. I would add, lastly, that the restaurant went to great lengths to accommodate my family member's request for low salt versions of all meals.

Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich beim Resident Manager, der unser Problem mit dem Flugticket gelöst und auch unsere Bordkarte repariert hat. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit mit Ihnen, das Personal war hervorragend, sehr effektiv und kannte unsere Erwartungen. Wir verbrachten zwei Nächte mit meiner Familie in einem Familienhaus.

Exzellentes Team und Essen, definitiv zu empfehlen! Das Food ist sehr authentisch und frisch gemacht. Auch der Saft ist frisch. Der Hotel Manager hat uns darüber hinaus noch viele Tipps für unsere Sri Lanka Reise gegeben. Immer wieder wieder gerne.

We stay 2 night Great staff beautiful grounds and clean rooms a really great place to chill out and see batticoloa sights Restaurant area really lovely overlooking the lagoon and great food the staff very welcoming and attentive would highly recommend Also has a great pool and lovely big garden area

The waiter banujan was so friendly and helpful. He helped us in choosing the food from the menu. He was so attentive. The environment was so peaceful and so beautiful . The food was so delicious and tasteful. The view was so beautiful and nice.

We loved everything about this hotel, great pool, amazing atmosphere, convenient location, we booked 3 Rooms very clean and beautiful bed arrangement and restaurant staff very kind and thay did good service family friendly, and most of all the staff, they did everything to provide us a comfortable and welcoming stay. Special thanks to Mr Adi for going above and beyond to help us.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

We stayed there 16/ sep / 2024 with family location is great, pool was nice , house we stayed Ac was great, lunch we had rice & curry was good , but dinner I order grilled prawns they were too small portions also not grilled was deep fried, also we order grilled cuttle fish very small portions & this is the first time I’ve seen such small portions serving to customers for my last 20 years hotel career,,then we had veg noodle , that was cheap maggi noodles even we do not use for home, not value for money , service delay due to lack of staff, but server was very friendly, food standards need to improve a lot , location was great Prabhath Chef ireland
