Rhapsody Hotel & Spa Kalkan

Wonderful stay , excellent staff and very helpful. Very good breakfast and excellent chef (Alihan) can offer you really good lunch or dinner . Very nice view from the hotel and you can see the whole Kalkan area . Lots of car park space. Walking distance from the centre , excellent restaurants and bars . Big thank you for the management Ozge Hanim and reception staff . Excellent stay and highly recommended.

As always a wonderful hotel, spotless the cleaners are brilliant every part of the hotel is gleaming. Nothing is too much trouble for the manager Ozge and her staff. The views are superb the setting is so peaceful and a flat 10 minute walk into the town where lots of restaurants and bars await. The drinks at the hotel are very competitive as is the food Breakfast are very good with hot and col choices, you can sit inside or outside. The pool area is spacious with comfortable sun beds and pool towels which you can change every day Overall a brilliant hotel that we enjoy returning year after year

Hotel was situated in a perfect location overlooking sea views and only 10-15min walked into the town. Very tidy and clean with plenty of sunbeds available around the pool. The pool does begin to go into the shade after mid day but there is still a small area still in the sun so we didn’t find this a problem. The only downfall was breakfast, apart from the fruits and cereal offered, the hot section was very limited with some days there being no form of meat- most were potato dishes and changed everyday.

I find it difficult to find fault with this charming small hotel, located in a quiet area of the town yet only a 15 minute walk along a fairly level road which leads to the top of the old town with its steep pedestrian streets and alleys that lead down to the busy little harbour. Kalkan is noted for its top-quality restaurants, many of which have rooftop terraces. The Rhapsody hotel is kept immaculately clean, and the staff are incredibly helpful, particularly the manager Ozge. There are always sun loungers available around the good-sized pool, which has a continuous depth of 1.4m. A nice touch is free tea and cake at the pool bar every day at 5 pm. Breakfast is a good selection of hot and cold items, and the coffee is excellent. The rooms are modern and well fitted with new shower rooms, good storage, comfy beds, and air con. Balconies are a good size, many of which surround the pool on three sides with varied views of the bay, the town, and the mountains. We enjoyed a sauna, a traditional Turkish bath, and a full body massage at the on-site spa facility for a very reasonable £60 each. We would thoroughly recommend any length of stay at this excellent hotel.

Family of nine people. We had a great experience at hotel. Olger, manager of hotel was fantastic and very helpful. Rooms excellent. Would definitely return lovely walk into Kalkan but cheap taxi back.

The Rhapsody is a gorgeous little boutique hotel with the friendliest staff and fabulous views of the sea and Kalkan from the pool as well as the rooms. We loved the breakfast (lots of choice!), the lunches by the pool, the room (spacious, very clean, great air-conditioning, towels changed and room serviced regularly), and the super-clean pool with comfortable sunbeds, plenty of parasols and a poolside bar. But what makes the place special is its staff! Osge, the manager, was exceptionally helpful - even making contact with the 'KAPSA' ( A Street Animal Charity) for us when we were concerned about a poorly cat in the town, following its progress and helping us to find a vet who would treat it. She even offered to go and find the cat when she had finished for the day and take it to the vet for us, as we were on holiday! Also, Gamse, on reception, spoke directly with a friend at KAPSA for us. And both continued to enquire about the cat during the rest of our stay - and made sure we had contact numbers to check on its progress after our return home! We were so impressed with such fantastic customer service - above and beyond, for sure! The kitchen and bar staff were also attentive and friendly - we greatly appreciated the personal poolside service and delicious iced frappes! And to top it all, Osge arranged late check-out when she found out we had airport pickup late pm, which made our last day really relaxed. It is no wonder that this lovely little hotel gets many returners - we will definitely be among them.
