Quality Inn Big Sky

This hotel is i assume recently remodeled, (if not you would never know it) beautiful, good location, decent continental breakfast, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Ashley at the front desk is super personable and friendly as well as the other ladies. The attached casino, the Black Angus is a very fun place to hang out. The woman Paula is very welcoming as well as all the other girls! 100% recommend for anyone in town that wants a chill get away spot for a fun weekend with nice rooms, animal friendly. NO sketchy Guests. ＜3

This hotel is perfectly sufficient if you’re looking for a place to lay your head at night. It is a little worn, but it is clean. It does have interior hallways, which is very welcomed and provides a more secure stay. The staff was great, very helpful. In the rooms you’ll find a two sinks, a HUGE closet, refrigerator, and microwave. There is no elevator, so make sure to ask for a first floor room if that’s what you need when you book. Also, the pool deck tends to be very active in the evenings, I would recommend against odd numbered rooms below 20 unless you’re a night owl and the noise won’t bother you. They have a generous breakfast spread in the morning. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

I walked in with my luggage around 10:15pm we arrived Ed late due to weather, she's like" can I help you, I said,"we have reservations, the employee says, WELL WHATS YOUR NAME SO RUDELY. It was in my gf name and when I said that she said well where is she? I replied, she's coming she has more luggage than me, she's coming. She rolled her eyes. Stood there and was talking to a dark haired girl that was hefty. Rude! So then we get our keys and they don't work case she was doing other things that I guess were more important. I brought keys back down, she said ,don't put them on your phone . She gave them back and we went to our room. It smelled so musty and like dogs. We left out the other doors. Never again my friend never again.she watched us leave. Never said a work. They were talking about she gets off soon and something to do with smoking. And a mN sat at the tables drawing something and the other girl went and sat down with him. The lady behind the counter joined them and told is if ya want coffee it's ober there. No thanks. Wowy girlfriend and coworker were so mad. We went next door where they have amazing hospitality. Great rooms. That was a damn joke over their. I heard the girl say Haddie was her name the other was I think my gf said Lisa or something with an L. Good job quality inn. NOT. Can you say renovation.
