When we booked we already send a note to make sure the room is clean, but it turns out everything was dirty when we arrived. The bed sheet was full of stain, we complain, they changed the sheet but it was still the same, full of stain. And in the morning the water did not work both shower and the toilet. It really ruins our holiday. The management needs to pay attention to the detail. The rate is not worth it.
