The location was perfect, hospitality was good. the view-facing room is a bit small for 3 people. Food was good but expensive. Suggestion is: you can prepare an itinerary for visitors, at least for people from different states. There was no recommendation or suggestion given to us for sight seeing. And the hotel was expensive to the offerings provided. Apart from these, it was a good stay and accommodation.

The hotel is managed by a single person. He acts as receptionist, manager, cook, service boy. He is not very cordial towards customer demand. We asked for an arrangement of taxi , but he did not.

Location is good, Service and behaviour of staffs are excellent. Rooms are clean and view of mountain is excellent.

the level of cleanliness was out of this world. very very poor. the walls,curtains, furniture were not cleaned for almost a few years as it appeared.
specially room no 104 was so nasty. full night there was water flowed over the walls. my family members became sick and got fever.
total waste of money.

I got to know about this hotel from mmt. Our booking was from 29 dc to 31 dec, very good experience, good service as well. All in all a safe place 2 stay with good value 4 money. The quality of food in the hotel is similar 2 our home, in terms of taste & quality.

The hotel was unclean and the location was too far from the proper market of Kalimpong.
Terrible location!
The food that they served was pathetic..

Host was very helpful. Room with a view of kanchanjunga. Sadly weather was bad. Not far from market 20 min walk. Simple meals and good breakfast was served

Really enjoyed a pleasant stay. The captain was really cooperative. Must suggest for future booking for sure. Secondly they had a wonderful and affordable food great on quality and quantity
