Despite ordering from the menu, many items were unavailable, which was unacceptable, especially with an international guest in my party. The food that was served was of poor quality, and unfortunately, my guest experienced food poisoning as a result. Furthermore, The Restaurant Manager's (Navraj) behaviour was particularly troubling. He was rude and dismissive, giving unwelcoming looks even after we voiced our concerns. This was especially disheartening since one of friend was a traveler from abroad. On our request to reheat some food items was met with unhelpfulness and a lack of empathy. (Which i felt was a trick to order from the restaurant itself.) On a positive note, and we enjoyed the various locations around the resort. The front office and housekeeping staff, especially Ipshita and Priti and the General Manager of the property, Nygel were prompt and very helpful. However, the issues with the restaurant and the manager’s behavior overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay. I hope these concerns are addressed to improve future experiences for guests.
