the staff are very mabait and accommodating!! the room was clean and neat.

Had a pleasant stay here. Room was big enough with a separate sofa as living room

It was right in the middle of Kalibo. Great for family travels however not much to offer in toiletries, breakfast etc. But water is free and can be refilled when you ask the front desk

Friendly and accomodating staff, they were able to cater my request. The room are clean and spacious and has a very relaxing ambiance.

I wanted to love this hotel but it just wasn't quite up to my expectations. I like that the facility was new & even offered a small pool to cool down in. However, the internet service was spotty which made it difficult to work remotely. I often feel a bit spoiled when traveling in the Philippines, your luggage is portered & the staff opens the doors for you. The staff was friendly but didn't really go the extra mile to make us feel wanted & welcome. Often, the receptionists would barely look up from their phones when we were coming & going. The room was clean but for a new facility, it seems to be quickly showing some wear & tear. There is not a restaurant within the hotel but there are quite a few food options nearby.
