Majoituspaikan vastaus: Dear Madame / Sir,In response to your comments we would like to inform you that the procedure that was followed was just the daily procedure of cleaning the rooms and that there is no restriction on the time that the housekeeping may enter the rooms of the guests unless otherwise indicated.It wasn’t possible for us to know where were you that time since there wasn’t any “Do not disturb sign” on your door indicating that you did not want any cleaning service in the rooms at that time while you were not in the room.Our aim is giving the best service to our guests by cleaning the rooms while they are away in the best possible way.We could never imagine that you would complain because we cleaned the room as soon as possible to please you.It is normal that there are personal belongings in the rooms of the guests since they stay more than one night.All this situation could have been avoided if you had informed us or if you had put the “Do not disturb” sign that was in the room outside the door.Regarding your reference to the Reception staff and their behavior they didn’t yell but they tried to explain the procedure in a polite way, in opposition to you raising your voices and characterizing our staff persons with low intelligence and hitting your hands on the Reception Desk.We always try to offer the best services to all of our guests in every way and make them feel comfortable and have a pleasant stay in our hotel.However we apologize for the inconvenience caused but we didn’t do anything that was inappropriate and that it would cause you a problem.
