Good experience if want short vacation with family. The pool was great. Overall stay was comfort and host are responsive. Thank you will come again soon.

Worst management ever! Check-in was a disaster — they only cleaned the place after we arrived, making us wait for almost 30minutes. Absolutely no proper guideline for parking or even how to get the key. Totally irresponsible and careless. check in late but force us to check out earlier. Not recommended AT ALL! save your moneyyy !!!

Rules check in 3.00pm then inform us checkin late at 4.30pm, then 4.37pm shsred how to checkin. Ask for wifi password but no reply, in details said got netflix, not available

This is not a hotel at all. It's an apartment located within a university. The location is very remote and there's nothing around. Our group spent three hours traveling to the accommodation address. Since we didn't have WhatsApp, we couldn't get in touch with the accommodation provider. The reserved phone number of the hotel was called multiple times but no one answered. They said they had sent an email to us, but the email contained no check-in password and the entire check-in process had no one to assist the guests. Even the entrance to the hotel couldn't be found. Our group called the accommodation provider for more than a dozen times but no one answered. We waited for nearly an hour but still couldn't get in touch. Due to the health issues of the group members, we couldn't wait for a long time and had to give up the accommodation and look for a new place instead. We then contacted the platform and asked them to contact the apartment provider to see if they could consider the actual situation and offer a refund. The other party directly refused. This was the first time in my decades of staying that I gave a negative review to the accommodation provider. There was no service, no communication, and no refund. I had reserved two rooms for three nights each, totaling over a thousand RMB. In the end, I still didn't get to stay. Eventually, it was the platform that compensated for my loss. Such accommodation services will never be chosen by me in the future.

The wifi didnt actually function, dusty, the wallpaper was peeling off,and the deposit was late. They told us jt would take 2 to 3 days to receive it but it actually took a week. Do not recommend whatsoever.

i put the wrong dates then no respond from them and my money just burn like that. no repeat!
