Hotel location is excellent, just a short walk from train station (slightly downhill) and close to old city center / touristy areas and farmers market on Saturday. Rooms are basic but very clean. Air conditioner is great, especially during the hot summers. Towels slightly old, but very clean - everything is changed daily. Bathroom again is basic, amenities are only body shampoo / shower gell - so if you need additional items (eg cotton buds, shower cap, etc.) then bring your own. Breakfast selection is not bad. Hotel design is modern / compact. Closets are open, which is great - gives the room more space and less likely to leave anything behind in the hotel. Beds are flexible: two wins which can be passed apart or together, as needed. Pillows, sheets and blankets are very comfortable. Service is good - the front desk person was new, but the manager was on hand immediately to resolve any issues. There is parking behind the hotel - but not many spaces, so you will need to be early to get a space, or lucky. Highly recommend this budget hotel - especially if you are traveling by train.

Parking directions to back of hotel should be prime otherwise sat nav brings you to the front door and it means a long way to return to a right turn into the car park. Left turn-in is not allowed so need to go round the roundabout and under the rail bridge again.

Zimmerboden, sehr schmutzig, Staub in den Ecken. Haare auf dem Boden, der Boden vom Bad, auch mittelmäßig, sauber.

Amazing

Ich hatte bei ******* für vier Tage ein Zimmer 2 Pers. Bestellt und Bezahlt. Wurde auch vom Konto abgebucht. Als wir am 14.06. ankamen wurde mir gesagt das bis heute kein Geld eingegangen sei und aus diesen Grund kein Zimmer vorhanden wäre. Dann gab man uns ein Zimmer und ich musste 304,30 € sofort Bezahlen. Mir wurde für jeden Tag ein anderer Preis Berechnet. Im Bad war keine Heizung. Dann war es kaum möglich als Gast einen Parkplatz zu bekommen. Mir wurde gesagt das ich das Auto am Bahnhof oder irgendwo in einer Seitenstraße abzustellen. Ich bin Schwerbehindert und kann nicht gut laufen. Nur im Ausnahmefall könnte ich das Auto auch auf der Wiese die zum Hotel gehört abzustellen. Hier muss schnellstens eine Lösung gefunden werden. Das WC-Papier mussten wir uns an der Information holen. Wie uns dann noch gesagt wurde das das Hotel nicht für Urlauber eingerichtet wäre sondern nur für Bauarbeiter. Bloß gut das ich nie wieder hier her kommen muss.
