everything was great about this hotel! don’t have any complains about it ☺️ love everything about it, the mall is right across the street!

1. Check-in Process Great, a few minor questions but was very smooth experience and process. Friendly check-in procedure and follow-up. 2. Restaurant Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to have breakfast, but hopefully next time. 3. Rooms Very clean rooms and well prepared. The cleaners did a great job too. 4. Air Con and Amenities in the Room Temperature controlled remote and good basic amenities for stay which is refilled during daily cleaning procedure when asked. 5. Laundry They have a self-service laundry, which is very good and helpful. They even provide small amount of detergents for cleaner clothes. The bonus is also the dryer machine that comes with it. 6. Check-out Very quick and smooth. 7. Location Good location which is near local shopping small if you want to do some small shopping or have a quick bite or tea/coffee break. Feedback / Improvements for attracting more foreigners (Tourists) / Businesses (My opinion) 1. Basic/Simple English in front-desk would be helpful, but not important. 2. Translation on Laundry Instructions (self-service) can be helpful or pre-recorded video to help elderly or first-time visitors the correct procedures. 3. Restaurants to open not only for breakfast but option for different hours (such as afternoon/evening) but for short duration ordering time-period. Even though location is superb for local shopping mall, it would be great to experience afternoon/evening meal in the hotel and/or in-room dining services in the future (if it becomes popular). 4. Ironing board. There is a self service ironing but can be helpful to have an ironing board within the room, especially great experience with washing and drying clothes. However ironing clothes individually requires time and the ironing which is shared in the communal area can be time consuming if it is popular in demand during the time of use. Overall, definitely superb hotel for the price and cleanliness. There is room for improvements but nevertheless, the experience and my stay there was nice.

Best value and satisfaction even including the 4 and 5 star hotels of our trip. The room was modest size and basic but all details for comfy stay are extremely well provided for, eg., Shower, bedside light controls and charging ports, and the high tech heated automatic toilet seat has not been matched on our trip.

開平城市便捷太超出預期啦！房間打掃得巨乾淨，衞生間無異味還乾爽。前台小姐姐笑容超甜，辦理入住超快，還主動推薦周邊美食。高速WiFi、24小時熱水都給力，樓下就是公交站，對面還有個東滙城，出行超方便。這個價位能住到這麼舒服的酒店，性價比直接拉滿，下次來開平還選這！

酒店坐落東汇城對面，行商場購物食飯都方便，酒店前就是停車場，方便自駕人士。房間衛生很好，稍為有點不足的是住的房間在草布房旁邊，晚上員工在草布房取物工作時，閉門的聲音大了點！

1.8床，城景房，房間雖小，但乾濕分離、算是乾淨明亮的，缺點是智能馬桶的沖水聲比較大，也不知是不是隔壁房間聲音太大，讓我覺得房間隔音一般。馬路上的車來車往倒不覺得吵。 酒店服務貼心，天氣太熱，大堂有自助飲品區，冰箱有水、涼茶，咖啡隨便喝，很大氣。前台和客房服務都很禮貌熱情友善。有免費停車場，酒店對面就是商城，吃喝玩樂購都很方便。早餐品種不多，各人口味，能管飽。

酒店設施整潔企理，房間空間感十足，智能控制整體帶來方便，酒店員工有禮服務到位，附近有商場，購物及食肆有眾多選擇，前往附近古鎮景點叫車方便，路途約二十分鐘，房間價格合理，本人十分推薦。

酒店全部設備環境又新又清潔，前台服務態度有禮貌，房間衛生清潔，環境清靜，晚上睡得很好。智能化「小度」方便聲控。自助早餐豐富。对面大商場「東汇城」。食店選擇種類多。有西餐廳、酒吧、按摩，充電車位。

地理位置很好👌環境舒服，性價比👍good！下次會再訂這個酒店！鄰近東匯城，購物都很方便快捷！！！
