체크인하는데 뭔가 느낌 안 좋음.
예약한 우리방을 다른사람한테 넘긴 건지 우리 방이 없어져서 침대 1개인 낮은 등급의 방으로 주면서 업그레이드로 피라미드뷰인 창을 주었다고 생색
밤 1시 늦은 체크인에 피라미드뷰는 필요없는데 보상인척
3일 묵어야 하는데 하루만 묵으면 방을 옮겨준다나
이런 상황에 대한 설명도 없고 당당...
침대 한개인 방에서 자느라 잠도 설치고 다음날 차액 환불요구해서 겨우 받았음
요구 안하면 안 주려고 했는지 ㅜ
다음 날 방의 상태는 좋았으나
마지막날은 아침 비행기 시간이 라 식당오픈런했는데도 음식만 30분 동안 기다리다 그냥 나왔음.
물어보면 지금 나온다 말만 하고 중간에는 다른 팀에게 새치기당하기까지 해서 기분이 상해버림.
첫날은 호텔이 인정한 실수로 방도 바뀌고 마지막날은 조식도 못 먹고 나오게 만드는 최악의 호텔이었음

이집트의 호객행위조차도 여행의 경험이라 생각하고 돌아가려는 마음이었는데 호텔서비스가 최악최악임.
침대도 축축한 느낌, 룸청결도 눈에 보이는 곳만 청소를 했는지 구석구석 쌓인 먼지보면 놀랍지도 않음. 여행에서 이 모든 것 다 참을 수 있다 쳐도 첫날과 마지막 호텔서비스는 너무 엉망이라 이집트 여행은 영상으로만 하세요라는 여행 댓글에 핵공감되네요.
조식 맛있다는 리뷰 있어서 선택한 호텔인데 그리 맛있다는 느낌은 못 받았으니 참고하세요.
참고로 중국인 투숙객 많고 클레임 소리가 하루에 한번은 나는 호텔입니다.
I had a really bad feeling from the moment I checked in.
It seemed like they'd given our booked room to someone else, and since our room was gone, they gave us a lower-grade room with only one bed, saying it was an upgrade because it had a pyramid view.
At 1 AM, a late check-in, I didn't need a pyramid view, but they acted like it was compensation.
They said they'd move us to a different room after one night, even though we were supposed to stay for three.
There was no explanation for this situation, and they were very arrogant.
I couldn't sleep well in the room with only one bed, and I had to demand a refund for the difference the next day.
I feel like they wouldn't have given me the refund if I hadn't asked.
The next day, the room was fine, but
on the last day, since I had an early morning flight, I went to the restaurant as soon as it opened, but I just ended up waiting for food and leaving after 30 minutes.
Every time I asked, they just said it would be out soon, and even worse, another group cut in line, which made me really upset.
On the first day, they changed our room due to the hotel's mistake, and on the last day, we couldn't even eat breakfast and had to leave. It was the worst hotel.
I experienced a lot in Egypt, but the service at Spire West Hotel was the worst.
I was willing to accept all the backward culture of Egypt as part of the travel experience, but the hotel service was the absolute worst.
The bed felt damp, and it seemed like they only cleaned the visible parts of the room. The dust accumulated in every corner was shocking. Even if I could tolerate all of this while traveling, the hotel service on the first and last days was so terrible that I completely agree with the travel comment that says, "Just watch Egypt through videos."
I chose this hotel because of the reviews saying the breakfast was delicious, but I didn't feel that way, so please be aware of that.
For your reference, there are many Chinese guests, and you can hear a complaint at least once a day at this hotel.
