We were really looking forward to our stay at this beautiful hotel, especially our swim-up room with a private 20m pool, which was fantastic. However, our experience was let down significantly by the dining options and poor service. After three nights of bad meal experiences—including rushed service, being given all the starters from the menu without asking for them, and no consideration for dietary needs or allergies—we expected a much better standard. We specifically chose this hotel for its à la carte dining, yet every evening, we were served pre-selected meals instead of being able to order what we actually wanted. This completely defeats the purpose of à la carte dining, and it was extremely frustrating. In the end, we resorted to eating at the buffet and 24-hour restaurant, as these were the only places where we could find suitable food. Service was also disappointing. We raised our concerns multiple times, but no action was taken. The manager was apparently too busy to speak with us, and the deputy manager only appeared when we were already sitting in the transfer car, ready to leave. It’s such a shame because the hotel itself is stunning, but the dining experience and lack of response from management really soured our stay. We wouldn’t return or recommend this hotel to others based on our experience.
