We have had a fantastic stay at this hotel and the specialist restaurants were amazing! Great service and attention throughout the resort. Room upgrade from a deluxe sea view to a family room gave us an extra room which was most welcome. We have to pay credit to the Sofra by the lake restaurant who made a huge effort to help us celebrate a 70th birthday while at the resort - Cebrail, Kadirand Chef Memet gave us an experience never to forget. Thank you so very much. Golf has been great and weather fantastic, could not fault this hotel and would definitely return, hopefully soon. It’s been a wonderful 10 night stay and would recommend for couples and golfers as a smaller hotel and very relaxing. Well done Kempinski ✔️👍💥👍

If you value your belongings and your dignity, stay elsewhere. This hotel failed to provide basic hospitality and respect. Our vacation was ruined, and no one should have to endure such treatment. Our recent stay at Kempinski Hotel The Dome in Belek was a distressing experience that turned our family vacation into an ordeal. What should have been a relaxing time with our 9-month-old baby became a source of anxiety and frustration. Two of my rings went missing from our room—a platinum wedding band of immense sentimental value and a gold ring. When I reported this to management, I was met with blatant disrespect and blame. Instead of offering assistance, they condescendingly suggested it was my fault, showing no empathy or acknowledgment for the loss of items on their property. They claimed to have started an investigation, but unsurprisingly, nothing was found. A meeting with the General Manager only made things worse. His arrogant demeanor and lack of basic conversational etiquette left me feeling intimidated and harassed as he insinuated I was making false claims and even threatened to call the police on me. To my shock, they did call the police, and I was asked to go to the police station, which added to the stress and humiliation of the situation. To further intimidate me, they refused to honor my GHA Titanium membership benefits, including a late check-out, and I was asked to leave promptly at the standard check-out time. This petty behavior demonstrated a complete disregard for guest satisfaction and loyalty. To top things off, their corporate management team got involved but met me with the same disrespect, failing to acknowledge how the situation was mishandled and offering no apology or compensation. On the plus side, the hotel grounds are beautiful, and most of the staff were pleasant. However, these positives were completely overshadowed by the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of the management. If you value your belongings and your dignity, I strongly recommend staying elsewhere. This hotel failed to provide basic hospitality and respect. If you're looking for a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the crowds and noise that you'll find in most other hotels, the Kempinski Hotel is the perfect choice for you! I just love the terrace at Dome Café with its gorgeous view of the sea. And the bar on the pier is such a treat! You can enjoy a drink on a sunbed or a comfy chair, making your day even better. Most of the staff do their job superbly. I would especially name the bartenders and waiters Murat, Ismail, Veli and others, I don't remember the names. I do know that Chef Adnan oversees the quality of the food and does a really great job. His octopus is unforgettable. I had dinner at Sofra restaurant near the villas and golf course - highly recommended! A special thanks to F&B manager Savas Nuhoglu, without whom all of the above would not have been possible. Finally, I must mention the front office manager Cuneyt Silme, who reliably solves everything regarding accommodation. Thanks!

The hotel is stunning, spotlessly clean and the food was excellent. Our room was spacious and the bed comfortable. You didnt need to take adapters for the phone as the wall sockets had every sort of plug incorporated that you would need also USB sockets. The TV has a multitude of channels although English channels were limited which could be improved. The staff are lovely and cannot do enough for you and make you feel very welcome. When we went in October it was towards the end of season and the hotel was very quiet. The hotel next door has lots of loud music but with the doors closed you could not hear a thing , our room was facing the front. Probably not a great hotel for children as entertainment seemed limited and it was mainly adults, although there were a few children who seemed like they were having a good time. One thing to be aware of is that in the pictures the pools look stunning, which they are, however they were ice cold and we never did swim in them. The swim up bar was not open, far too cold. The spa has a nice heated pool which we used.

It was our second stay for this year at the new golf villas and it was again truly amazing. Everything at Kempinski is perfect. The food and drinks at the Sofra were excellent and of high quality and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Tufan and his butler team for making our stay so memorable. We appreciate the outstanding hospitality and we will certainly return! We would also like to recognize Cebrail, who crafted the best cocktails and welcomed us every day with a smile as well as our housekeeping team Elvan and Keziban, who did a fantastic job. We are looking forward to our next stay.
