Renovation currently ongoing, a bit noisy with construction workers. Fresh paint smells in the lockers made it a little uncomfortable. Hotel needs to situate power and lights switches by the bedside to avoid having to walk across the room to switch of lights or plug in appliances. Installing showers in addition to tubs would make the bathing experience more exciting. The serviceman did not repair the toilet cistern as requested, and this caused discomfort throughout my stay.

Gerally a good facility but now needs a bigger auditorium for bigger groups. Very accessible location

The friendliness of staff, the ambience and the general outlook of the environs was captivating. The way the hotel blends with the surroundings is next to none. It was a very good experience for me. Keep up the good work.

We had a mixed stay: three rooms, all with slightly different experiences. One room was fantastic, but the other two had minor issues. The hotel was battling with the national power issues which meant that air conditioning was rarely on. The hotel consists of villa rooms which make the whole site very pleasant. Unfortunately (entirely outside the hotel’s control) weekend stays may be noisy due to a nearby music venue and the railway runs nearby (the railway doesn’t run many trains but if you coincide with a train running by at night then your sleep will be interrupted: thankfully the national railways are in a parlours state and trains seem to run rarely!) The peacocks wandering round the site are a nice touch.

Clean environment and well-kept environment. I wanted to do my routine exercises and took advantage of the large ground space. However, could be nice if there is a gym. The main road is too busy for early morning or evening run a gym will come in handy

Kadoma Hotel & Conference offers a fantastic experience with excellent service, comfortable rooms, and top-notch amenities. Old, aging infrastructure, pleasant service The checkin process was good, though there was a misunderstanding on the room allocation versus the booking. We happily paid cash for the extra room. Our bathtub was old, noisy and the shower extension continuously leaked water. There was no facility for a standing shower..I was not happy about that at all!

The room was spotless and beautifully appointed, with every detail carefully considered to enhance the experience. The housekeeping team did a wonderful job, and the amenities were top-notch.

The service offered by your hotel is par excellent. This was compounded by the staff commitment which made my stay at the hotel a comfortable one. Refreshments serfed were so refreshing and this assisted us for the good of our workshop. The delivering of the modules or workshop material was made is as the projector was of good quality. However the only challenge or shortfall was on the unavailability of the aor condition in room 16 A, sometimes it was very hot in the room

The only challenge was that AC was not working during the day as the facility was being powered by solar due to power outrage.

We were in the Mhara conference room. The chairs are not comfortable. The desks are like those for primary school children.

The staff was not as joivial as before. When I asked for an iron it took a very long time to be delivered and I was charged $ for a small toothbrush and a very small toothpaste which i thought was complimentart
