Infinity by Yelken - All Inclusive

J'ai fait confiance à la conseillère Promovacances qui m'a recommandé l'hôtel Infinity By Yelken Aquapark & Resorts, pour 10 jours. J'ai été extrêmement déçu : le personnel est très mauvais, la chambre et la salle d'eau très endommagées, très sales. J'ai pris contact avec Karavel qui me rappelle qui ce sont les normes locales. Karavel a proposé cent euros de dédommagement. Je vous déconseille cet hôtel dans lequel vous ne serez pas les bienvenus. J'étais pressé de quitter l'hôtel : expérience la plus horrible. Le pire est que le service client Karavel est très méprisant. C'est honteux. Plusieurs clients français ont la même dégout pour cet hôtel et le personnel froid et moqueur.

Although it was late in the year, some service & food were quite poor! 6 of us took an end of year break but although Hotel was ok, fantastic location... the food let it down! We didn't have a really hot meal (apart from soup) for the whole of our 9 days....even breakfast was only tepid! People were queuing as soon as open and we found that it was probably because once a food has gone, it wasn't replaced with anymore! (was this because it was nearly end of season?) The Hotel looked bit tired and needed some attention and some of the staff seemed to be waiting for season to end in 2 weeks! Not all were unfriendly, as one waiter in restaurant looked after us well.... It was an Aquapark so a few children were there which we expected... As there was only one bar/lounge area for evening, seats were limited & children playing football/throwing things about didn't make for a comforting evening! The other comment I have is the fact that a woman was eating in restaurant at night and had a cat on her table and feeding it! We mentioned to staff that this was unhygienic and shouldn't happen but was met with shrug of shoulders.....I felt sorry for next unsuspecting family using that table...... Now this review sounds all negative but it's not at all.... In the height of the summer, it must be a lovely place especially families as location is second to none and the decking by the sea is beautiful.....the infinity pool is gorgeous but as many other Hotels, the towels were put out so early on sunbeds so none spare round pool after breakfast... There is a lovely beach close by and a few shops.... Kusadasi itself is a place we would love to visit again but probably not this hotel..... Definitely would not rate above a 3* plus due to lack of bars/lounges and although rooms were adequate, balconies weren't but bar by the pool and snack bar on the decking area served lunchtime basic snacks..... All in all a little disappointing but we did put most of negatives down to coming to end of season!

First off to say this was my first time in kusadasi and the hotel is fab it’s in a great location and has a shuttle bus outside every half hour to bring you to ladies beach and kusadasi centre . It has Lots of amenities especially for kids and lots going on entertainment wise Big shout out to Jessie and Murat who made our holiday as they were a fantastic duo Ok the food at dinner wasn’t to our liking but the food at lunch was good and there is plenty of variety of drinks and ice creams too so this makes this hotel great value for money so no complaints there , also there are plenty of restaurants outside the hotel that do great breakfast with English tea - The cleaning lady at the hotel around the pool does a great job and I noticed how helpful she is to others who needed assistance getting around as she would help them with their belongings if they found difficultly walking The staff on reception are really helpful too as they printed out our boarding passes and organised our taxi to airport Too many people complain that food is not to their liking but this is the norm in most hotels but this is an all inclusive hotel and with chips burgers pizza and icecream and desserts throughout the day and a variety of drinks you will certainly get your moneys worth also rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh towels left We were a group of 5 and we had a great time Thanks to all at infinity hotel

nice atmosphere, awful food, terrible staff! the view and location is breath taking, but the same repetitive food is a drawback. the food is not warm enough and is already cold and if it gets finished they are not gonna refill that! but the worst experience of us is related to day after checking out which they see you as an intruder!! our flight unfortunately had been canceled and we ran out of money and waiting for our alternative flight. we spent a night in a cold and busy lobby without pillow or blanket(which some guest were so nice enough to bring us some). the day after that we were supposed to leave the hotel but one of staff (named yasemin) called us and asked for money which was really surprising!! 150$ for sleeping in lobby! their behavior was too humiliating and repeatedly said you should pay! but this price was as the price of one night in a hotel bedroom! we said we dont have enough cash and our flight was delayed and give us more discount but they said we call police and prevent you from leaving hotel! it was an offensive behavior and even they calld us liar! they said you have money but dont wanna pay! at least they charged us 60$ which was reasonable but we wont forget and forgive their humiliating behavior. never come back to this place again!!

Just got back from here ...Amazing Location and setting , comfortable bedrooms . The food was the worst part about our stay .. everything cold and not fresh looking . Staff hit and miss , beach staff smoking behind the counter while I waited for more cold food , Coffee counter staff on phone while I waited for a coffee seems they all really dont care about customer service or is it just the end of the season ? on a positive note entertainment was great and the staff excellent especially Jesse ... Dinning in the al la carte again food not great but so dark I could even see what i was eating ..Main Restaurant again no atmosphere just a big canteen ..such a shame as like i said masses of potential to be a great place to visit ..needs a serious shift to get to a 4/5 star ? more attention to detail needed and happier team .

Couldn’t fault this hotel location is beautiful great entertainment with live music by the pool every night staff were so friendly the cleaning lady by the pool had a smile for everyone the entertainment team were amazing especially Jesse he went above and beyond for everyone and Murat was great also.,
