Beach gear is provided including beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler and beach towels. This unit is meticulously cared for and includes luxury furniture, linens and decor. New appliances. Condo offers full privacy and overlooking Carlin Park, with the walkway to the beach. it's a self-check-in with a code lock. The condo is in a beautifully landscaped 30-acre Jupiter Bay Resort, East side. This is a true resort atmosphere. 7-acre lake with bridge and lighted walkway around the lake, 2 heated swimming pools with spa, poolside restaurant "Twisted Tuna" with outside Tiki bar, hard surface tennis courts, Bocce court and walkway to the beach and Carlin Park. Also, very close to Maltz Theater. Guests have full access to the whole resort. Parking permit is required to park overnight and will be provided. Please note that pickup trucks, motorcycles, boats and trailers are not allowed on the property. Guests coming with this will need to park it off property. No pets. Everything is new and modern, and you can't beat the prime location, where you can walk or bike to pools, beach, tennis, supermarket and shops.
