The Singhasari Resort Batu arvostelua

Booked for my friend, she brings her husband and her daughter. Her daughter very sureprised with their hospitality, every staff are welcome and give their big smile. The pool and jacuzy was so good, the room quite comfort but she said the breakfast should be improve for the taste.

Overall hotelnya nyaman, cocok untuk berlibur dengan anak2. Staff juga friendly, cepat dalam menyelesaikan masalah, malam pertama wastafel kamar agak mampet pagi nya kita minta bantu perbaiki dan lgs ok. Hanya kurang nyaman dengan breakfast nya dimana banyak sekali lalat nya, cuma di kasi lilin2 kecil d sekitar makanan, tapi ngga ngefek sama sekali. Untuk rasa biasa aja, variasi ok western indonesian semua ada. Saran saya sebaiknya makanan tetap di tutup untuk menjaga dari lalat, karena banyak makanan yg saya ngga berani coba karena banyak lalat nya.

Sangat nyaman dan tenang. Dilengkapi dengan menu sarapan yang sangat beragam. Kamar pun sangat bersih

Hotel terbaik yang ada di Batu. Fasilitas lengkap banyak aktivitas untuk anak Ada jacuzi yg super nyaman Ada mini golf, berkuda, flying fox, bersepeda, dan banyak lagi. Lokasi juga strategis tidak terlalu di puncak yg tinggi Dekat dengan tempat wisata dan ada free shuttle menuju tempat wisata. Highly recommended

My room was spacious and beautifully decorated with a mix of modern and traditional Javanese elements. The private balcony was a standout, offering a breathtaking view of the mountains and lush gardens, perfect for unwinding. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and all amenities were thoughtfully provided, from plush robes to a well-stocked minibar. One of the highlights was the pool area, which felt like a serene oasis. I also enjoyed the wide range of activities offered—from tennis courts and a mini-golf area to a well-equipped fitness center. The breakfast buffet was impressive, with an array of both Indonesian and Western options, all fresh and delicious. The staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive, always ready with a smile and eager to help with any request. The location is ideal for exploring Batu’s attractions, like Jatim Park and Batu Night Spectacular, all within a short drive. Overall, The Singhasari Resort Batu Malang offered a perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and convenience. It’s an ideal getaway for anyone looking to relax in beautiful surroundings with exceptional service. I would love to return and highly recommend it!

Room is big and comfy. hotel do get rather quiet at night but it was pleasant.

Newly renovated room (deluxe), huge pool with slides, good playground, so many activities for kids..we really love it!

Door spaces got lots of dust and the bed cover have stains. However, so far all is good, location is strategic, and we experience a good night sleep. Overall, this resort is good for families and staycations.

All the staff are nice and friendly. The food was great. They serve the good Japanese food. I like the bebek goreng at Kutaraja restaurant, taste really nice. Thank you to hotel staff especially the restaurant team.
