THE HOME Inside the main house, you'll find two private bedrooms, a recreation room (can serve as a third bedroom), two full bathrooms, dining and living areas, office spaces, and a well-equipped kitchen. The house includes four beds: a king bed in the primary bedroom, a full bed in the guest suite bedroom, and two twin beds in the recreation room. Additional sleeping options include air mattresses and comfortable couches. The attached guest suite boasts its own private entrance, bathroom, living room, 43” Samsung smart TV, and kitchenette. Our main living room features stylish mid-century furniture and a state-of-the-art home theater system with a short-throw laser projector, Sonos Bluetooth speakers, a mini Nintendo gaming system, and an Apple TV loaded with various streaming services. The house is equipped with a Nest-controlled central heating/cooling system and two additional wall-mounted mini-split units for optimal temperature control. Enjoy customizable lighting throughout the house with color-controllable Hue Smart Bulbs and Wi-Fi dimmer remote switches. We offer high-speed Spectrum Wi-Fi (350 Mbps) and excellent cell reception. THE PROPERTY Step outside and immerse yourself in our stunning private garden, home to diverse plant species and wildlife. Relax in the four-person spa or gather around the propane fire pit. Our neighborhood in particular is ideally located for those looking to explore both the Joshua Tree National Park or the local restaurants, shops, markets, parks, art galleries, yoga studios, bars, tennis courts, coffee shops and more the area has to offer (1-2 miles to the park and many of the best attractions).
