"My family stayed at both the Badrinath and the Joshimath location. The hotel was very clean, and modern.. The food was good and the staffs hospitality was incredible. The owner of the hotel is there every day insuring top notch service and speaks really good English. Both my father and I got altitude sickness and he had his driver take us to the hospital, translate and take us back. The quality of the hotel is top notch, and the hospitality we received while under a stressful situation is so important especially when you don’t speak the language. I would recommend the Panchvati for anyone who has higher standards but likes reasonable prices, and anyone who wants to feel safe and well attended. Also they can arrange any kind of trekking tour."

"Location and view is very good. You could see himalayas and peaks covered with snow. Staff was very polite and humble and provided all assitance. Only drawback was our room as carpet was stinky and very dusty in room. No proper lights and ventilation was provided for washroom. They should work upon this. Only thing covers it all when the staff is nice so it made our 2 days stay well spent. Thanks dornagiri staff."
