Nothing to do nearby, situation right beside a busy road next to the entry to the Malaysia customs.

Not Great but Not that Bad either. We just needed a night's stay after some work meetings. Checked in after dinner and checked out at 7:00am next morning. Room : Place is a bit rundown, especially the bathroom. The shower water pressure was good, though. Comfortable bed and pillows. So all generally adequate enough for us. Food : Complimentary breakfast was not ready when we checked out (starts at 7:30am), so can't comment on food. Service : The girl at reception may have thought I was with the gentleman who was checking in at the next counter, so she didn't acknowledge me while I stood waiting. After a while I had to approach her and ask if I could check in. Nothing eventful. Interactions were pretty much limited to reception for checking in/out. I don't know if I would stay here again or recommend to anyone else - maybe only if on a budget and need a 1 night's stay at the last minute.

Key card always not functional. Other guest smoking in the room

Not bad , but very hot ,The service is good, but the hot water kettle is broken.Fortunately, someone came to replace it. Good service.

Have stayed in Hako couple of times because I like the massage environment at Siam oasis below.. beds are comfortable good for a couple stay! There is free breakfast provided in the morning with soft boiled eggs, breads, spreads and coffee/tea. Not bad for such a price paid! I’ll be returning
