Very convenient for our children! We love their new refurbished room, with new facilities and cleanliness. The staff were friendly, i have requested baby cot for our baby, and they really fulfil our requirement just in time! Definitely will come again! Thank you

We stayed in the Deluxe Twin with seaview on L6 (newly refurbished), the room was very spacious n quite clean. The furniture was brand new and the room had been recently repainted, resulting in a strong paint smell. The toilet flushing system was not working properly, as the water flow was weak n slow. However, the seaview during sunset was beautiful. The receptionist’s attitude during check-in was neither friendly nor professional. The breakfast was average and u might be disappointed if u have high expectations. Overall, our stay at this hotel was okay.

Clean, Neat and well equiped

Toilet seat was cracked. Is dangerous as user would be injured (skin could stuck inside the crack and cause bleeding). When informed the hotel, they just offered to change room with no apology at all. This is totally not acceptable for a five star hotel

Back again for our short getaway, nothing to wow about on this hotel . After renovation seems to be slightly better than usual . Room tab was leaking that’s the only down side . Aircon was awesomely cold and strong !

I recently stayed at Thistle Johor Bahru, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The overall vibe of the place is calm and peaceful, perfect for a short getaway. Cleanliness was decent, though I did notice that some areas could use better maintenance. The pool area is well-landscaped and adds to the charm of the hotel. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay with good service and nice views, this is a solid option. However, a little refresh in some parts of the hotel would make the experience even better!

Bath tub not working, air conditioning making weird sound television is old

this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent for travelers, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. The service was great—staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. While the amenities were on par with expectations, the hotel itself is a bit old and could use some updates. However, if you're looking for a well-located hotel with good service and decent facilities, this is still a solid choice.

We are very happy with staying over here. But the toilet bidet got a problem and water was around the toilet bowl. Breakfast is all good. The staff was friendly too
