Everything is good except the location. There was a terrible jam on the way to the hotel and it is probably about a 10 mins walk to Mid Valley. If you are travelling with elderly like us then maybe the hotel location is not so ideal. Spacious clean room with comfy bed so if you don’t mind the walk or a little bit of jam then it is definitely a good hotel to stay in :)

Shower water drops too small… take ages to finish showering, especially lady with long hair. Need to improve.

Good stay

Stayed one night from 17th April - 18th April ‘25 We booked 2 rooms. My brother and his family of three in one room and I stayed all on my own in another room. We were given rooms on the same floor but our rooms was across of each other. I would have given Opero a good review. Unfortunately, I was awoken at 3am by the sound of the doorbell. For my own safety, I ignored the doorbell and I didn’t even look at the peephole. I know it couldn’t be my brother as he would definitely call me if he can’t get me to open the door. The doorbell went on ringing for 2-3 more times but I still choose to ignore it but then, my door was forced open. At that point, I was in a state of fear and shock. Good thing I had latched the door and the door wasn’t able to be opened all the way. I started shouting who is that and I heard a woman’s voice. I decided to open the door properly and I saw a staff and a security guard standing outside. Apparently, somebody had complained that I had blasted the volume of my TV. I had to explain to her, my TV was not even loud. It was also 3 in the morning, and I was already asleep. I hadn’t adjusted anything on the TV since I checked in my room. The issue is not about the complain by my neighbour. It’s more of the breach of privacy by the staff of Opero. How could she unlocked the door? I am so traumatised by the whole incident. Having people trying to break-in my room late at night, that was totally unprofessional. They’re giving people like me, who’re staying alone in a room so much stress. I hope Opero will look into this matter seriously.

Accessible and near to shopping mall.

It is our first time staying with the hotel. Overall cleanliness are good. Staffs are very polite and friendly. Room are slightly smaller but clean n tidy. Thank you.

good and clean accommodation. gym is big and well equipped.

Good location.  Breakfast at the café good and suggest that the menu to change as both days I ate the same .

Love this hotel! Room was clean and nice, breakfast spread was just awesome, we look forward to breakfast daily! Free shuttle to mid valley mall but need to book. Even if the shuttle is fully booked, we could just walk ... About 10-15mins depending on how fast you walk
