The location is good, however woud be good to have luggage rack in hotel rooms instead of placing them on the floor.

A lots of eating shops nearby or you may take a grab go to other restaurants or shopping centre

Always staying here without fail. The location just has everything u need. In jb and no need to walk far to ksl mall cos its directly connected no tushmmm

Very good hotel room are very clean

KSL is no longer my preferred Hotel because NO MORE SOFA SEAT at the Reception area ! I have knee problems & how to seat & rest while waiting for the available room after my flight? Last 4 months ago, there is available sofa for resting but now already occupied by a vendor selling……

Fantastic as usual.. no disappointment again.. front desk staff was very friendly. Room was very well maintained so it's a thumbs up!

The hotel is quite old, and the furnishings in the room feel worn out — like they could break or stop working at any time. The only real plus is its convenient location inside a mall, which makes food and shopping easily accessible

Booked for 1 night with a private pool. Never going to book it again. Pool was not cleaned. It had cigarette butts some floating some already sunk. There was even a empty bottle of sweets inside the pool as well. All the lifts had the feeling like it was going to crash at any moment. Every time a person steps in the lift it start to bobble like a rubber band. Can feel that the cables are loosen and not as tight as before. Scary.

The hotel is poorly maintained. Everything from the carpet to the ceiling somehow needs a renovation. The rooms look old with many amenities broken. Breakfast is nowhere to a 4 star hotel standard. Coffee was sour , pancake was hard as biscuits, and the curry from roti prata probably came from a preheat condiment. I'm not sure how KSL had made it to a 4-star hotel. Not recommended at all!

Overall stay is pleasant, only set back is the mini fridge not cold at all, no matter how I turn the temperature control. Didn’t bother to check with reception as our stay is a short one.
