還不錯，位置挺好，早上起來能看到海灣和新加坡對岸。

อยู่ใกล้ย่าน Tan Hiok Nee Heritage Street และใกล้ JB Sentral ข้ามไปสิงคโปร์สะดวกมาก

Staying for a night only- Overall, more than satisfactory experience. Cleanliness was on par, could be better in maintenance, uses good quality stuff like sanitary, aircon and ceiling fan however could maintain them better. Location is pretty convenient if you only hang out here. Car park was very useful and safe, once parked till checkout, unless travel out of this area. All staff are friendly.

The moment I walked into the lobby, it smelled so freaking nice.. macam luxury hotel vibes. I was already impressed before even checking in 😂 Staff dia pun friendly gila, check-in smooth je, no drama. Kat koridor pun still wangi, bersih, and well maintained. The room? Loved it. Super clean, modern, comfy bed, cozy lighting. Bathroom was spotless, no weird smells. City view from the window? Chef’s kiss. Location pun solid.. walking distance to City Square, Komtar, Bazaar Karat, and plenty of food spots. Parking senang, siap ada lift dari carpark terus ke lobby. Overall? Way better than I expected. That hotel scent is still living rent-free in my head 🤣 Confirm repeat kalau datang JB lagi! 🔥

Close to CIQ and Nearby Night Market. Close to City Square Mall and Easy point to Grab [Cab] Booking. Room is clean and Beds are comfortable.

I booked the hotel at very last minute, which is today for today..read up the reviews mostly are good..so decided with it..the hotel comes with lift for car..so parking wise is safe..the view is nice n the room is spacious and clean..only pity is that we did not manage to get a connecting room..overall recommend this hotel..👍

Our stay at Z Hotel was generally pleasant, and the location is definitely a major plus. It’s very convenient, especially for travelers crossing the border, as it's close to the CIQ. There are also self-service laundry shops in the area, which made it easy for us to manage our clothes during the trip. Additionally, Pasar Karat is just a 5-minute walk away—a great place to explore for food, souvenirs, and a local vibe. However, there are a few areas where the hotel could improve. The shower area was quite small and squeezy, making it slightly uncomfortable. It would also be helpful to have a wall plug in the bathroom, especially for using a hairdryer conveniently after shower. One thing that concerned us was a strange and scary incident—we heard knocks on our window twice at night, even though we were staying on the 18th floor. It was strange and disrupted our peace, making it hard to fully relax in the room.
