All self service ok but they dont entertain early receipt eventho i fully paid, yet slow respond for the receipt. I need it early to meet deadline to claim.. really hard to deal with them and i wont rebook. One of the mineral water also unseal. I think they just refill the mineral water.

房間衞生沒有問題，床品很乾凈，地理位置有點偏。希望酒店服務能更好一點，提供更新的用品，不要用過期產品

Not a bad place to stay for business trip, just that thr sound proof can be better.

Highway road next to it quite noisy if you get that facing. Room and bathroom should have some hanging hooks

房間不錯，很大！樓下有免費的停車場！ 房間提供牙刷牙膏洗髮水沐浴液，沒有拖鞋和吹風機！ 酒店有24小時熱水，水流很小，前台説因為周圍施工 整體感覺不錯！

Had to check out early but unfortunately no one was in the reception to process the return for the deposit taken. Only the friendly Guard took the receipt and inform the stars will bank in the deposit. Which is not relevant. Checked out at 630am. And till 2pm no one called me regarding the deposit. Till I called them then one of the staff informed me to be patience and wait till the management contacts me.. Other than this the stay was ok. Rooms are big n clean

We dont smoking inside the room, but when check out, the front desk said we smoking inside the room! And no return deposit to us! And the morning shift front desk attitude is very unfriendly!
