This is our 2nd family stay and as always very pleased with the service, clean and well maintained apartment! Will return in April again!

首先定位不準確，害得我們推着行李箱繞樓走了大半圈，其實準確定位樓盤樓號就很方便！其次説我們衹住兩天，不給整理房間！最後，我們退房説可以保存行李，我們約好3點取到行李，我們2:50到達樓盤，給管家微信不回覆，打電話不接，一直到3:30才把行李送出來，而且就在同一棟樓裏！送行李的工人説老闆只是剛剛跟他説送行李的事情！半個小時的溝通就是拖拖拖，大家定此房時一定要慎重再慎重

Good stay experience at R&F homestay. Convenience location, near causeway. Very clean and beautiful seaside view. Provide kitchen cookware, kettle, microwave, fridge etc and washing machine. Stay with family during CNY, can view fireworks from the window view. Smooth check in and check out procedure with good customer service. Will come back again l.

Perfect studio to stay at R&F. This is my 2nd times here. Good choice

Excellent Room

陽台上欣賞新加坡口岸的繁忙！夜景更美！門衞、停車服務熱情周到！

二期是新樓盤，周邊還沒有完善，樓下有一個便利店，買水日用品還是很方便，吃飯得去到一期那邊。房間，景觀都很好，就是噪音非常非常大，周邊施工的噪音，還有關口馬路24小時的摩託車噪音，半夜2點多不知道什麼聲音被嚇醒整晚都沒有睡着，所有門窗都緊閉的情況下還那麼大的噪音，還有熱水器有點問題，白天水非常燙，晚上洗澡放幾分鐘水就一直是冷水，不得不用冷水洗完頭髮洗完澡，第二天直接發燒了，到晚上洗澡的時候還是冷水，不知道到底是樓層太高了還是設備問題？

一切都很好，沒給滿分怕他驕傲

還行吧，就這樣咯！

房間寬敞明亮，就在新山海關邊上，與新加坡一海之隔，樓下吃飯購物比較方便，強力推薦

did not use the facilities. clearn, spacious, new furniture. great view 3 bedrooms with queen size bed

Location is superb. High floor, very clean, amenities complete. Had a good smart TV which allowed us to enjoy Netflix while chilling. Service was prompt through WhatsApp. Instructions to access the unit was clear. Carpark was a bit of a maze but the parking lot was in a nice corner near the lift lobby. Would highly recommend this homestay.

這個民宿的床很舒服，而且也會乾淨。周圍的環境也很好，下次還會再預訂。我男朋友也很喜歡這個民宿的環境。
