Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Johnstown

My husband and I stayed twice in the past year at the Microtel in Johnstown and totally enjoyed our stays. During both visits we found the accommodations to be immaculate, comfortable, and spacious . . . plus, offering delicious breakfast options. What sets this establishment apart from other lodging is the outstanding management and staff. Each with whom we interacted was friendly, professional, and highly efficient. My friend and I were heading back from Niagara Falls NY to NH after attending her brothers funeral. She wasn’t feeling well and we pulled off and found motel. We got the last room available. Morgan is to be commended. She was an immense help. We had a soft side cooler in car that decided to leak. Morgan gave us rags for car and reminded us there was blow dryer in room as a tote bag and items in it got wet. Morgan knew where restaurants, stores, etc. were in area. Very conveniently located near many things. Morgan checked to be sure pullout sofa had sheets etc. Our room was quiet and clean. A tad more expensive than we usually pay but under circumstances we were glad we got a room. Morgan deserves a huge round of applause. After a good nights sleep my friend felt better and we continued our trip home. Thanks Morgan

Everything great except for parking spaces quite tight considering I’m getting luggage out etc. with a big vehicle it was very tight- couldn’t open doors all the way The place is clean, quiet and nicely decorated, the staff are friendly and helpful, the room is very comfy, plenty of pillows, towels and the a/c worked perfectly. Would definitely stay there again!

The staff was so friendly and accommodating, especially Morgan and Velma. The complimentary breakfast was excellent . We will happily stay here again!

Goof Manager The manager seemed very shady. Overall vibe mot good. I won't be back. The hotel is pretty beat down too.
