The Crossroads Inn arvostelua

The property is very charming upon arrival and the owner is super! The issue is with age, maintenance and cleanliness. Definitely needs improvement in these areas. The bed in our cabin was very old/uncomfortable. Terrible sheets. AC unit was so loud that you couldn’t sleep. Beautiful old oaks and deer on property. Nice walking trail. Great environment, peaceful

Charming Cottage Lovely Property Property was charming and welcoming and owner was very accommodating and friendly. She made Check In really easy and made us feel like old friends. Our room Had everything we needed. Mattress was a little soft but that’s totally a personal preference thing!!

Doc We experienced a pleasant getaway for the weekend. Most intrigued upon arrival A few hours early than was expected. The owner was most accommodating. She took the time for a tour of the main house and all the animals not to mention the foliage surrounding a beautiful place. Room was immaculate and had all the amenities.

Great Place to Stay!! We enjoyed our stay at The Crossroads and would stay again. Room was very clean. Kristin very welcoming and helpful. Good wi-fi reception and centrally located for our trip to Fredericksburg, Hye & Blanco!!

A wonderful experience, always! We love staying here, Kristen is the most wonderful hostess and we often are coming in at strange times and she makes the arrangements so that we can come into our room easily. The Furnishings are wonderful, and the whole feeling around the place is that of country. We love it!

Great Place to relax. Great ambiance and charming place to stay. Room was large, comfortable and spacious. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The large outdoor balcony was a great place to enjoy Texas wine country.

Cozy, quaint stay with excellent host! My husband and I had a great stay at Crossroads Inn. We stayed in Carriage House #1, which was the perfect size and private. The grounds were quiet and excellent for a nighttime stroll. The host Kristin was super friendly and replied to messages promptly before and during our stay. We highly recommend Crossroads Inn for a Hill Country getaway.

Give it a try, and sit outside to enjoy the piece. Great check in. Room was ready. Parking in front of room. Quiet place with no public traffic.

Wonderful charming environment. So peaceful, very rejuvenating for body & soul. So much fun & wow, the beds were so comfortable, & we had the deepest sleep in a long time. The owners were fantastic & some of the most interesting people I’ve ever met. We loved our stay at the Crossroads & plan to go back soon. Also the wildlife was spectacular, deer, pollinators( butterfly’s & bees) goats, chickens , & numerous other little animals. Oh & Einstein the wonder dog, toped off a great vacation. ♥️

Very quiet.

Such a Great place, definitely look forward to staying here again! You gotta go in and talk to the owner, she’s so nice and openly shared the history/story of the property and house. She gave the greasiest food recommendations for the area. Everywhere she recommended was just Amazing.

I stayed at the rosemary cottage for the weekend and had a lovely time! The property is pretty with flowers, stretched along the backside, and some goats and chickens too! Everything in town is so convenient, you can even walk there if you like. Several cute shops, galleries, and places to eat. Kristin is a super host! She checked on me a couple times and it’s just a lovely person all around! I would definitely come back here and recommend it for a quiet getaway. The cottage had 2 bathrobes, a mini fridge and a Keurig machine and microwave. And Hulu for TV if you chose to stay in. The rosemary cottage was an open concept in the main room. With a separate small bedroom off the main, furnished with two twin beds if you had guests. A closed door for the small bedroom for privacy. The bathroom was off the main room, and perfectly tidy and well appointed. Soaps and shampoos, and a hairdryer were provided! Water was nice and hot and there was an AC and heat unit for perfect temperature. A cute little back porch with a table and chairs for your enjoyment too! What a cute little country town! Very peaceful yet many things to do locally. There was a motorcycle museum, Lyndon B. Johnson Center & Homestead, and a small local Nature park (Pedernales River Nature Park $5) minutes away. Wildflower Season in April made it extra special! Flowers blooming on every roadside and field! I would definitely come again !
