Very clean, quiet and everything you need. Staff is friendly and responsive. It is very secure and has great internet connection, and a gym.

Excellent place to stay for the price close to RoseBank mall. Staff were extremely helpful. The rooms have everything you need.

Pictures were way better than in person. The sheets and towels were stained. There looked like a blood stain on the pillow case. We asked for them to swap out the sheets and towels but they said the housekeeping staff went home already and couldn't support. Needless to say, we were concerned for our health and safety. Therefore, we had to leave the property and book another hotel which was inconvenient. There were also two handprints on the wall next to a panic button. This made us even more uneasy.
I reached out about a refund but they haven't responded or taken action. I'm hoping I can receive a refund as soon as possible.

The room was fine for my requirements. A/C needs some maintenance and strange that bathroom door slams but otherwise no complaints

This was my worst Accommodation trip that I have done due to various reason and one of them is the absent of water for 24 H that we had to coupe with . We had to buy around R950 Worthed of water and no one from the hotel instructed how to proceed and we as Guest from another country had to figure by our selves where to get water for 14 people . Likely we managed to get a Pickn Pay and Bought the Mineral Water to use on the Toilets and Bath. Reception guy didn't help at All saying that nothing he can do even in His House there is no Water , for a professional saying that to a guest we knew that we were on the wrong place . Other thing is that people smoking Dhakha at All time , even though it's legal in SA I think it's not good example for youngsters that were with us and for the future as well . Thans

Absolute shocking customer service !! I requested (3 calls to reception) assistance with my safe and only received a call back from maintenance the following afternoon. My room still wasn’t cleaned after returning at 12pm, had to request for cleaning and the housekeeper never changed the dirty sheet and also had to request for extra body wash. Went downstairs to get a Coke Zero and was told they never had stock. Unpleasant experience is an UNDERSTATEMENT !!!
