Orangerie Guest House

We have stayed at Orangerie twice and know we will return again. Elna is an excellent host. The flats are all beautifully decorated and clean with a spectacular view. Our flat had a kitchen area which included all the necessities. The bathrooms are large and the showers have plenty of pressure and hot water.

Excellent place, better than in the photos. Exceptional view of the city, located in a quiet neighborhood.

We had a wonderful stay at Orangerie Guesthouse. Northcliff is a beautiful area, very central and close to all amenities. Elna & Henri are great hosts and go out of their way to make your stay perfect. The unit faces north, so during the day it was nice and warm and residual heat kept it cosy after sundown. Aircon is available if neeeded. Views over the city towards Sandton, Rosebank and the city centre are great and the balcony is a perfect space to these vistas with your morning coffee or glass of wine in the late afternoon. The space is modern, well appointed and meticulously maintained. Wifi is excellent. We do not visit Jhb often, but if we do in future, we certainly know where to go.

My wife had an operation and we needed a place where we could stay whilst she recovers before we could travel to our home in the Karoo. We stayed at Orangerie for more than 3 weeks and enjoyed every moment of our stay. The kitchen allowed us to cook for ourselves, whilst the living room is large enough to offer a homely environment.

Situated in a beautiful area of Northcliff with a stunning view and close to our family for our Christmas get-together. The room was clean, well appointed and had everything we needed. Elna was a welcoming and excellent host! Highly recommended.

Lovely quiet and tranquil area. Close proximity to Restaurants, Hospitals and shops. The Guesthouse was clean and neat and had everything we needed. The book-in was smooth and well arranged. Will make use of them again.
