An absolutely amazing palace with breathtaking architecture and a rich sense of history. The entire experience was made even more special by the wonderful people there, especially Ms. Parkhee, who gave us a superb, detailed, and engaging tour of the palace.

That is the reason we always choose Taj Group for or special occasions.A very special word of appreciation for PARKHEE who made us feel so so special on our anniversary celebrations with upgrading us in a suite and she has fabulous communication skills pampering us !

Taj Umaid Jodhpur is one of the best properties not only in India but the world! The palace is gorgeous! Very well maintained and taken care of. The best part… the GM Mr Manu Sharma… the handsome young ***… with his warm greetings and smile makes your day! I had been with my family to celebrate my 60th with a 0 year old to 91 years old mother. Each one was taken care of so well by each and every staff… especially Sadiq who was our assigned butler. But we were touched by the hospitality by each of the staff… don’t remember the names of all though. The special birthday dinner was an out of the world feeling with some special moments arranged by the manager and his team. Mr Sharma upgraded us to the Maharani suite… the best 60th birthday gift! Cannot thank you enough for that! You made this trip very very special and memorable for my entire family by taking care of every little thing. The food was amazing! The palace of course made us feel very very royal and proud of our heritage! Apologies for the delay in posting the review… our stay was on 15-17th April 2025. But memories still and will linger on for years and years to come…. Thank you once again for the wonderful experience Taj Umaid… Mr Manu and your entire team!

Not only was the facility itself beautiful, but the hospitality of the staff was truly exceptional. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a drum performance, which moved us from the very first moment. Mr. Sikander kindly guided us from check-in to our room and even accompanied us to the museum the next day. He also arranged for us to meet the polo horses at my husband's request. Throughout our stay, he actively offered to take commemorative photos for us. At the pool, Mr. Laxman brought us water and kindly replaced the towels on the chairs with fresh ones. In the evening, he encouraged a peacock to come and eat from my husband's hand. At the reception, Ms. Parkhee prepared peacock feed and took photos for us as well. During the cookie-making class, a female pastry chef with a lovely smile (unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name) taught us with great care. At the mocktail class, Mr. Rana also taught us attentively and even shared the recipe with us. Afternoon tea was a truly elegant experience. Dinner was delicious — the quality left nothing to be desired. However, the only main dishes available from the European menu were chicken cutlet and sea bass, so having a few more options would have made it even better. A male staff member dressed in black with glasses (whose name I didn’t get) was incredibly kind and helped us choose from the menu with great care. He even offered us complimentary ice cream and explained that its flavor was betel leaves. His sincerity and professionalism left a lasting impression. We had a wonderful surprise during our stay. Mr. Swaroop and Mr. Mohan prepared traditional outfits and swords for us, and we got to cut a cake on our balcony. When Mr. Swaroop asked us about the purpose of our trip in the hall and we said it was our wedding anniversary, he quickly arranged this surprise. They also took many photos and videos of the moment. I also participated in the morning yoga session. The instructor created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, and after the session, they kindly took a commemorative photo of us with the palace in the background. Breakfast was served on the terrace, where we enjoyed the refreshing morning air. The first plate was beautifully arranged, almost like an afternoon tea set, which was very impressive. However, when I ordered hot salmon, a male staff member in white told me, “There is no salmon today,” which was a bit disappointing. On the other hand, Ms. Pull, a female staff member, provided us with very sincere service, making breakfast time very pleasant. Two housekeeping staff members prepared a lot of balloons for our wedding anniversary and beautifully decorated the bed. The sheets and towels were always clean and neatly arranged, allowing us to have a very comfortable stay. We are truly grateful for their thoughtfulness. We stayed here like a royal we saw the palace the people, food n their hospitality the food chef Mr Vikram always there with their different dishes n their team so many people Mr Mahaveer Ji ,Narendraji, jabarji, Amanji, Darshatji, Govardanji, mrs Twisha Chandavi, n many other people they r there u just say raise ur hand to call them they r at ur side says HUKUM a very good n humble staff my kids enjoyed a lot they also enjoyed the cookies making in kitchen. n same there @ front desk Mr Harishji n yashji and also mr Sikandarji will give u a tour of palace n a good person n a good photographer n last housekeeping team Mr Narayanji a very good person I will definitely come next time again ° Thank u all the team for making my stay experience like a royal my kids r really missing it
