Never book this hotel for more than 2000 rupees.
We stayed here for two nights, and the experience was extremely disappointing due to zero hospitality and terrible service. Given the amount we paid, we expected a decent stay with at least satisfactory service.
We arrived at around 12 PM on December 9th, but there was no one to greet us or assist with our luggage. The road leading to the property is very narrow, and cars cannot access the entrance. The hotel management was rude and unhelpful, and we were directed to wait on the third-floor canteen until our room was ready. There was no staff available to take orders or even provide water, and it took 45 minutes to serve Poha, which was of very poor quality—far worse than what you’d get from roadside vendors.
The rooms were small, and in-room dining was not allowed. The view of the fort is only visible from the third and fourth floors. Overall, the service was abysmal, hospitality was non-existent, and management was unprofessional.
You might wonder why anyone would even pay for this. The only reason is its proximity to Mehrangarh Fort, the Clock Tower, and the rooftop view of the fort at night.
