"The only problem we encountered is the inner road in front of rhe hotel was closed, no cars allowed to enter so it is rather inconvenient and hassle if you have heavy luggages and you have to disembark from the car along the busy road and lift the luggages across the road steel barrier in order to enter the hotel or disembark 200 meters further away from the hotel if you want to avoid the barriees."

The front desk service is professional and efficient; QiQi was always quick to respond to our needs. The entire stay, from check-in to check-out, was attentive. The smart room design is user-friendly and easy to operate. The room was clean and hygienic. It's only a 10-minute trip to Wudian City to experience Minnan culture, and 20 minutes to Wulin to photograph Nanyang architecture. The location is excellent, with a bus hub right outside and taxis readily available. QiQi's service was both professional and friendly, and she offered practical local recommendations. The smart control system was stable and reliable, and the various scene modes were very useful. The hygiene standards were exceptionally high; the room had no odors, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. It's just a few minutes' walk to the night market."

"The front desk service was excellent; the staff were polite and enthusiastic, even proactively offering us tea when they saw us in the lobby. The hotel itself feels a bit dated, despite apparent renovations. While the overall facilities are decent, its street-facing location combined with a KTV downstairs meant it could get a bit noisy. A deposit, higher than the room rate, was required, and we were also given a property damage compensation form, which somewhat soured the experience. My room was near the laundry room, and despite posted hours indicating use until 10 PM, it was still in operation past midnight."
