UrCove by HYATT Xishuangbanna Gaozhuang Starlight Night Market hotels

The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. TV options in room were great. Location was excellent for exploring the night market by foot or getting a Didi to parks and other sites. We especially appreciated the airport pickup.

Although Xi Shuang Ban Na UrCove claims they are a smoke-free hotel, from what I have seen this is not really true. I suggest People who are allergic to cigarette smoke or have health issues related to cigarette smoke definitely go somewhere else. I saw guests as well as hotel employees openly smoking in the front lobby of this hotel. Front desk clerks and supervisor saw this but not only said nothing to the offenders but when I complained about this, the front desk clerk ignored me and glared at me for complaining. Bedroom: very spacious and clean. beddings and sheets were very clean and comfortable. Toilet: was a very new style and with a temperature toilet seat Shower area: It was a disaster. The glass panel dividing the toilet and the shower area was poorly installed, so water from the shower area leaked everywhere. It was quite dangerous because the floor outside the shower was a smooth piece of floor tile. My wife almost slipped and fell down. We immediately told the front desk that night, and all they did was send someone to wipe up the water that's all. There was no follow-up after that. Breakfast: This has got to be the worst hotel I have ever been to regarding breakfast. The majority of the breakfast items were Chinese food which I have no complaints about, although I do not eat Chinese breakfast. The biggest problem was, when we went for breakfast after 9:15 am there were lots of emptied food containers and plates which was used to hold breakfast food items. Breakfast was supposed to end at 10:00 am. 9:15 am NO croissant, Not even a simple slice of bread which I can make toast with. I also checked the Chinese food items and lots of containers were emptied as well. I then went to ask a staff where I could at least get a piece of bread. Her answer was, there isn't anymore sliced bread and what you see is what you get. There was hardly anything to eat?!?!?! I was furious and I demanded to have a couple of pieces of sliced bread. In the end, kitchen staff Mr. Wang came to my rescue and cooked me and my wife each two fried eggs. On top of it, Mr. Wang went out to get me sliced bread from outside the hotel so that my wife will at least have something to eat for breakfast. On the second day of breakfast, there was no coffee after 9:15 am as the coffee machine went into cleaning mode for at least half an hour. The chief of Chef did end up helping me to get a cup of coffee but from what I can see, this hotel is NOT ready to receive international guests. Totally disappointed in the Urcove Xi Shuang Ban Na. Totally not the Hyatt standard at all. I really believe Hyatt management in Texas really should not take the risk of damaging their great brand by letting this hotel be branded with Hyatt's Name.  The way this Xi Shuang Ban Na Urcove is operating, they are worse than locally managed/owned hotels. 尽管西双版纳景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店称他们是一家无烟酒店，但就我所见，事实并非如此。我建议对香烟过敏或对香烟烟雾有健康问题的人一定不能入住。我亲眼看到客人和酒店员工在这家酒店的大堂公开吸烟。前台工作人员和主管看到了这一幕，不但没有对违规者劝喻或警告，而当我对此提出投诉时，前台工作人员不答理我，还瞪了我一眼！！！ 评价酒店已下部门： 卧室：非常宽敞干净。床上用品和床单非常干净舒适。 厕所：非常新式，配有恒温马桶座 淋浴区：简直是一场灾难。分隔厕所和淋浴区的玻璃板安装不当，所以淋浴区的水到处漏水。这是非常危险的事，因为淋浴外的地板是一块光滑的地砖。我的妻子差点滑倒。我们当晚立即告诉前台，他们所做的只是派人擦干水而已。之后就没再跟进。 早餐：这是我住过最差的酒店。大部分早餐都是中餐，虽然我不吃中式早餐，但我也没有抱怨。最大的问题是，我们早上 9:15 之后去吃早餐，有很多空的食物容器和盘子，早餐盘很多是空的。早餐应该在 10:00 结束。9:15 已经没有羊角包，甚至连一片可以用来烤土司的面包都没有。我还检查了中餐食物，发现很多容器也被清空了。然后我去问工作人员，我可以在哪里找到一片面包。她的回答是，没有切片方包了，你看到的就只这些。没有其他的可以食！！！！我非常生气，重新要求几片切片面包。最后，厨房工作人员王先生给我们帮忙，他给我和我妻子每人煎了两个鸡蛋。王先生还从酒店外面帮我拿了切片面包，这样我和妻子至有点早餐可以食。第二天早餐时，早上 9:15 之后就没有咖啡了，因为咖啡机进行自动清洗，至少半个小时处于清洁模式。主厨最终帮我拿了一杯咖啡，但在我看来，这家酒店根本没有准备好接待国际旅客。 这次景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店入住经验非常差。完全不符合凯悦的标准。我真的认为凯悦管理层不应该冒险让这家酒店打上凯悦的名字，从而损害他们的品牌形象。这家 西双版纳景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店 的经营及管理模式，比当地管理/当地投资的酒店还远远不如。凯悦Hyatt 总公司真应该尽快管理好这家酒店免得影响Hyatt 品牌。

Near night market , easy to walk around

整體比較好，所以多續住了2晚了，調整了安排。管家客服還貼心的進行溝通和交流，記得提前加微信！ 設施：酒店比較新 衞生：乾淨 環境：在告莊景區旁邊，開車比較不方便，有停車。在隔壁50米距離的樓下 服務：OK的

版納不白來～出發前就聯繫上了工作人員預訂了接機服務 到了酒店因為下雨，前台廖小姐姐又是打傘又是幫忙搬行李，賓至如歸説的就是逸扉 房間很乾凈，沒有衞生死角 洗漱用品都是雲南白葯系，用起來也很舒服 酒店隔音也做得很好 晚上睡得很安穩

潑水節期間，酒店是滿房狀態的，但在大客流的情況下，各項服務做的都不錯。這次帶着家裡三位70＋的長者來西雙版納感受潑水節氛圍，酒店把三間房安排在同一樓層，且房間相鄰，方便照顧。 退房時候遺留了充電寶 幫忙找到並安排快遞 太感謝了 早餐廳開放時間實際7點就有了，合適習慣早起的老年朋友們，且品種還是挺多的。 洗衣房方便長時間出門旅行的人。潑水節那天酒店免費供水。進出服務員人員熱情招呼。打掃衞生也是非常及時的。房間內智能化設備。 主要地理位置也不錯，步行到大金塔，星光夜市都挺方便的。 獨棟酒店管理，在告莊內不容易，值得試試。

強烈推薦這家酒店！從進門開始就感受到貼心服務，前台工作人員態度温和，有問題都耐心解答。 房間裝修簡約大氣，衞生做得特別到位，設施齊全且嶄新，床軟硬適中，睡眠體驗超棒。酒店環境安靜，採光也好，整體乾淨舒適，完全超出預期，是出行住宿的優質選擇！

離星光夜市很近，酒店服務也很好，會提前打電話問要不要接送機，就是接送機估計是外包的公司，還把我們的預約單漏了，拿完行李等了好久才被送到酒店。到酒店經理給升級了房間，房間衞生整潔，面積夠大，住的很滿意。出行方便，還續了一晚

本次入住體驗落差較大，與酒店定位嚴重不符。客房布草細節堪憂，枕頭表面有明顯污漬與毛髮，潔凈度不達標；硬件設施破損問題突出，浴室花灑固定架鬆動、連接件外露，洗漱台大理石與木質櫃體銜接處開裂掉漆，淋浴間角落還存在黴斑，盡顯陳舊感。唯一亮點是智能馬桶功能正常，藍光感應設計較為貼心。作為主打品質的酒店，客房維護與清潔標準如此鬆懈，實在難以讓人滿意，希望能儘快整改。
