The soundproofing was good, so I wasn't disturbed by outside noise at night. Bathroom facilities were in perfect working order, hot water supply was stable, and toiletries were comprehensive. The room had good natural light and ventilation, and all the infrastructure was well-maintained. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the taste was decent, satisfying daily dining needs. Housekeeping staff provided excellent service, keeping the public areas very clean. The only minor drawback is that some details could be further optimized. All things considered, it offers decent value for money. It's suitable for both business trips and short getaways. I would prioritize this hotel again on my next visit and highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip."

The room facilities are fantastic. There's a heating panel near the washbasin which I used to hang my wet clothes, and they dried so quickly – it was amazing! I've stayed in so many hotels, and this is the first time I've ever seen such a device! The airport drop-off service was exceptionally good, and they even provided breakfast for the journey. A big thank you to the ladies at the front desk."

"This was my second stay, and the overall experience was significantly better than the first. The hotel's attitude towards handling guest complaints is truly commendable. After my first visit, I raised several issues, and the hotel management proactively reached out to me, specifically inviting me back for another experience. This time, I had booked a standard twin room, but upon arrival, I received a complimentary upgrade to a river-view balcony room. Opening the balcony door immediately presented a stunning night view of the ancient city's canals. The room was spacious, and the cleanliness, bedding, and bathroom details were all meticulously maintained. The hotel's location is excellent; you can enter and exit Mingquan Ancient City an unlimited number of times by swiping your room card. There are even exclusive viewing spots for the Spring Water Show. The breakfast offered a rich variety of local specialties, and the staff were very responsive. My only significant reservation, which lowers the facilities score, is that for a five-star luxury resort hotel, there's surprisingly no on-site laundry room. To do laundry, you have to drive a mile or two to another one of their properties. Although the laundry service is free, the hassle of traveling back and forth is quite inconvenient for guests on longer trips or those traveling in the summer. This aspect falls short compared to other five-star hotels of similar caliber, and I hope the hotel will install on-site laundry facilities soon. Overall, the service, ambiance, and room type are all outstanding. The only minor drawback is the supporting facilities. Despite this, it's definitely a recommended stay."
