Appreciate the staff's hospitality and friendliness. Even though I can understand very little Chinese, they are all willing to give me the best service using translation app.
They helped me deal with all the hassles very well. I'm very much impressed!
Most of the services can be reserved via Wechat with a prompt response.
The airport pick up service is superb, like a VIP. The driver waited for me at the meeting point with the well-recognized sign of my name. I only reserve for regular car at 280 Yuan
The room is great, spacious for two people, heated floor, comfortable beds. They offer many services, such as free zen massage, body measurements. However, I went for skiing and explore the slope, so I didn't use many facilities in the hotel.
