Hotel Restart Superior

Ich habe auf Empfehlung meiner tschechischen Kollegen in diesem Hotel mehrere Tage übernachtet. Das Hotel, sowie die Zimmer sind modern und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Parkplatz fürs Auto befindet sich direkt vor dem Hoteleingang und ist Videoüberwacht ( kann man sogar vom Fernseher im Zimmer einsehen). Wenige deutschsprachige Fernsehsender sind ebenfalls abrufbar. W-LAN vorhanden und funktioniert einwandfrei. Frühstück in Büfettform lässt keine Wünsche offen, für jeden etwas dabei. Straßenlärm ist zwar vorhanden , aber in einem erträglichen Rahmen . Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig in ca. 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen, allerdings nicht spektakulär. Ansonsten verfügt das Hotel im obersten Geschoss ein Restaurant und Lounge, diese sind aber nicht immer geöffnet. Dafür gibt es unten das Restaurant LA FAVORITA , Wellnessbereich, Fitnessraum und Kinderbereich. Öffentliches Schwimmbad befindet sich nebenan. Kann das Hotel nur empfehlen und würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten. K

Great Hotel! Our experience started with the warm and friendly reception we received at the front desk. The hotel maintains high cleanliness standards and is very modern. The presence of a beautiful outdoor patio provides the perfect setting to enjoy the delicious food from the restaurant. We loved the local beer. The hotel provides excellent spa services. The Thai massage was exceptional. We are so happy with our stay at Hotel Restart.

Modern hotel 500 metres from old town. Friendly staff and all areas spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds. Lots of variety at breakfast. Water and coffee in the bedroom. Hot showers. We didn’t use the spa but facilities look good. Food in restaurant looked good when we called in for a nightcap

Excellent facilities. Modern, good beds, very good power shower, particularly good after a trek. Ideal place to start a trek, also not far from the town centre Fantastic restaurant. Tasty food with good vegetarian options, excellent drinks. Very good service

Lovely modern hotel, I had a big room and a nice bathroom with argan oil toiletries and fluffy towels. There was a kettle and teabags in the room and bottles of water. The minibar was well stocked and I had to restrain myself. Breakfast was a huge buffet. On the minus side sound insulation was poor and I had noisy neighbours. I was offered a choice of food ( I had half board) and it was a bit bland. Cream of rabbit soup, chicken supreme and asparagus risotto, vanilla ice cream. A small beer was 95kr. The historic centre was 10 minutes walk.

Hospitality at its best! Impeccable service, welcoming and helpful staff, lovely & spotless rooms furnished in style, tasty & varied food (they also cater for vegan & gluten-free diets) and attention to detail! The owner is involved in the day to day duties, which in my mind, says a lot about the ethos of the business. Lastly, the hotel staff kindly gave a lift to my partner to the bus station,which was a lovely gesture. You can't fault this place on anything and I can't recommend it enough! Thank you for a memorable stay and we shall be back.

When we arrived at Hotel ReStart after four days walking in the Bohemian Paradise, we thought we'd won the lottery. This is a great hotel by any standard. Young, friendly, English-speaking staff (not always the case in more rural parts of the country); large, super-comfortable room; great shower. The hotel is within walking distance of the charming historic center, although to be honest there isn't much of interest around the square. The hotel's restaurant, where we had dinner, is excellent, and the breakfast buffet is fresh and varied. A member of the staff drove us to the bus station for our return to Prague and wouldn't let us tip him: it was all part of the service culture of the hotel. If you find yourself in Jicin, we highly recommend Hotel ReStart.

My wife and I stayed here two nights at the end of a 12-day trip to the Czech Republic, and it was a fantastic place to finish up. The rooms are super-clean and full of useful items -- hooks where you want them, lights in the right places, wonderful in-room coffee/espresso & tea, high quality beds and linens, great storage, robes, etc, etc. The included breakfast is the most elaborate we encountered on our whole trip, by far. What a feast! Since we'd been hiking for four days, we were tired, and appreciated on onsite restaurant. Little did we know it is one of the top restaurants in the city. Great meals!! But what really makes this place stand out are the people. We found the employees incredibly kind, patient, and hard working. Turns out, the owner is onsite and working harder than anyone. He cares, and the people he hires care, too. This place is doing it right!

I read the earlier glowing review and was hopeful we would have a similar experience and the hotel didn’t disappoint. Our room was well equipped with everything we could need. The only possible comment is that sound travels through the walls - we could hear everything in other rooms. Breakfast had an excellent choice including catering for people with special dietary needs. We had a pizza from their restaurant La Favorite and it was really good. Finally in the nicest touch of all the manager himself gave us a lift to the railway station. This is an excellently run hotel where the staff seem to really care for their guests.
