Great location, good size unit and cooperative in letting us check in early. Directions on finding entrance not very clear. Would stay again.

Noise and mattress were a huge turn off. They neglected to mention there was a huge construction project across the street. Jackhammering every single day from 7am-7pm for 3 1/2 weeks. And lots of dust. Should have been a note on description. Condition of mattress was unacceptable. Stained with bodily fluids. We informed them and they neglected to act. Disgusting. Shame because it was a great property and wonderful location.

Nice apartment, good and central location

The appartment was nice, with minimalistic design and good orientation, so there was not all the noise from the constructions around. But some details were already missing, partially destroyed or needed some make-up (see photos). All the appartment seemed to be clean (wich is not taken for granted in Israel) - the floor, the bathroom, the sleeping sheets. However, the outside, the terrace was unable to use due to the dust everywhere. The outside-sofa was all covered with dust - maybe because of the constructions around. The last thing to mention is the sleeping comfort. We booked an appartment for 4 people, but be prepared, that there is one bed for 2 people and the other 2 have to sleep on a coach. If you are not used to and comfortable with, you might not sleep well. The location was pretty good. You need only about 5-10min walk to Mahane Yehuda market, and right near the appartment building is a tramway stop. BUT one thing was terrible right at the beginning. As we came to the appartment, we didn't receive the entering code. We waited for about 40min to get the code because the provider didn't want to send it by booking chat. He tried to call us, but of course that was no possibility, as he was calling from an american number, which would cost us a lot. We where there with friends and it was quite unfomfortable to let them wait. Well, that's the threat of the digital era. But overall, it was a nice appartment, we felt good and without these mentioned problems, it would be just great.

The location of the apartment was very convenient for exploring the old city of Jerusalem. We were a few minutes from the light rail that takes on directly to the old city gates. Best of all we were within a few minutes walk to the famous Yehuda market which we visited most evenings. The apartment itself was clean and was quiet well insulated from noise. The only complain I have is that it is located on an alley that is not lit up at night so walking from the Main Street to front door of the apartment maybe unsettling for some people. Also be aware that it is not easy to get parking around the area unless you use pay to park garage which is a few minutes walk from the apartment
