Spending 20 days at the Ambassador Hotel in Jerusalem felt less like staying at a hotel and more like being gently folded into the rhythm of a city that whispers stories through stone. From the very first day, I was welcomed not just as a guest, but with a warmth and attentiveness that stayed constant throughout my entire stay. The staff are truly courteous, always smiling, always ready to help. But there is one person who elevates the meaning of hospitality to an entirely new level: Raed. Raed is not just a member of the staff – he is the heartbeat of the hotel. Calm, resourceful, and genuinely kind, he solves problems as if by magic. Whether it was a technical issue, a sudden request, or simply a need for reassurance, Raed was always there – present, attentive, and ready with a solution that often arrived before I even finished explaining the problem. A true professional, and without a doubt, the person who made my experience unforgettable. The hotel itself is calm and elegant, with views that stretch beyond rooftops into history. Waking up each morning felt like opening the window to centuries of stories. It’s a rare feeling – to be so close to the heart of Jerusalem and yet wrapped in quiet, timeless comfort. Thank you to everyone at Ambassador Hotel – and especially to Raed, whose presence and professionalism made my stay not just comfortable, but extraordinary. I would return in a heartbeat.
