In the historic center, the main attractions, wineries are within easy reach, the apartment Portero is part of a protected building.
Lovingly restored, with new shower room and rustic kitchenet with gas stove and fridge. Bedroom with double bed 1,4x2m and living area with double sofa bed 1,4x2m.
1 set of bed linen and towels per person per week are incl.
A shared garden, as well as a covered courtyard and a sun terrace invite you to have your breakfast , etc. outside.
We have a small book exchange in several languages.
Free Wi-fi available.
The apartment has air conditioning /cooling, a fan, and a mobile gas heater for the cooler season.
Shared washing machine:
3,50 Euro / filling including detergent, to be paid on the spot.
Drying rack, iron + board, as well as hair dryer in the apartment.
Parking:
there is underground parking in about 10 minutes walking from the house (there is a cost to be paid there)
or in the street outside the historic center, without costs (also about 10 minutes from the house).
Unfortunately, the historic center is "blue zone".
To unload luggage you can come directly to the house.
