This is probably like an Airbnb concept, apartment. No 24/7 concierge - we arrived around 10pm+, our card key was left on the lobby. Cleanliness: 1. There was a used toothpaste left 2. There were black stains on the bedsheets, hair in the bed 3. Stains on the bathroom walls Housekeeping/Amenities 1. No slippers, no bathroom floor mat 2. There was hand wash but not sure was it left by previous customer 3. Bedsheets kept coming out every night 4. No housekeeping unless more than 3 days and per request 5. There’s no air conditioning, only heater. Have to open window at night 6. No water provided but I believe you can refill on your own at lobby Did not explore the amenities at lobby, unsure what was able to take or use as there were no concierge. Pro: next to the ocean, peaceful and nice walk in the morning, many convenience stores nearby. Free parking

So, it’s almost perfect for this cost. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is just right, silent with good views. But there were some disappointing things, such as no breakfast at hotel, pictures in trip.com was showing something like dining room, but this place was using by some sushi restaurant. Also be prepared to see no one at check in desk , when you arrive at the place.
