The room was big and so comfortable, the location is perfect close to the airport. All the staff were extremely kind and helpful. A special thanks to Ahmed from Yemen and Nura both were so nice and accommodating. Actually, every staff member was amazing I just couldn’t remember all their names! Thank you so much for making my stay wonderful. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again whenever I visit Jeddah ! Sorry I didn’t take many pictures"

"The service was pathetic. The lady at the reception told me that your booking is already cancelled and you need to pay now. Although my booking through trip.com was showing fully paid, she was not convinced and don’t even accepted her mistake in reviewing the situation. I waited for more than 30 mins at the counter especially after travelling almost 17 hrs, and they treat their customers like this and try to take advantage - as in that particular situation, you don’t have many options.
