Overall: This hotel offered a spacious and comfortable room, perfect for our family of 2 kids. However, some service issues and disappointing food options detracted from the experience. What We Liked: Spacious Family Room: The room was well-equipped for our family, with a comfortable bed, a spacious couch, and even plates and cutlery for in-room meals. Comfy Bedding & Linens: The beds and bathroom linens were high-quality and provided a good night's sleep. Multiple Pool Options: The pool area offered a variety of depths, perfect for kids of different ages. The overall size of the pool is just okay. Quick & Courteous Housekeeping: The housekeeping staff was efficient and friendly. Check-Out Staff: The check-out experience was pleasant with a courteous lady staff. Areas for Improvement: Bathroom Issues: Unfortunately, the shower drainage wasn't great, and the head shower malfunctioned. Additionally, the cold water tank doesn't seem to have lid on it. lol It was as hot as hot water, damn! Food & Service: The food quality at the hotel restaurant fell short of expectations, with a limited breakfast spread and inattentive staff. Recommendation: While the spacious room and some aspects of the service were positive, the drawbacks with the bathroom, food, and restaurant service require consideration. Families with young children may want to factor in these issues when making their decision.

I am currently staying at this hotel and think that for me the rates charged this is a very nice hotel. The best thing is without doubt the lovely staff members but the quiet residential area is nice, with shops and restaurants just around the corner. The rooms are clean and with good facilities. Breakfast is nice. My kids are really enjoying the pool. Again, for a the price point this is a decent hotel and I am enjoying my stay.

Demander contact avec Dawood qui est un excellent manager tres disponible et efficace. Suites a rez de chaussee et piscine tres confortables et spacieuses. . Séjour tres agreable. Meme si Jeddah n'est pas jolie.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. The receptionist Aisha, for example, went out of her way, using her own phone, to help us with transportation, in addition to giving us very helpful information about the area and options. Even the others were more helpful that we would expect. The room is large -- more like your own apartment -- with a separate sitting room, full kitchen, and even a clothes washing machine, which we really appreciated. All the appliances worked well. The one thing we were not happy about may be a general problem in Jeddah, given the climate, but is something we haven't experienced even in more humid, tropical places with high temperatures: The air conditioning system worked well to keep the room at a comfortable 20C temperature, but the whole time, even in bed, we felt "damp". Most of the floor (not in the bedroom though) was damp from condensation and condensation dripped down from a ceiling vent onto the stove, which caused the hot plates to rust even during the time we were there. One thing to be aware of is that the hotel is not on a main street, which means you should not expect to be able to get a taxi there. Both times when we needed transportation into town, the reception staff had to use their own phones to help us get a driver through Uber. It worked out well, but just be advised. The pool water is so clean it's almost invisible. The breakfast is good. We saw no other Western tourists at the hotel or at the restaurants a few blocks away. For us, this is a big advantage, since we prefer to see more "local" life.
