Sunset Hotel

We are still here and enjoying another life experience in this amazingly luxurious and well designed hotel. Amazing location and facilities. Wonderful staff + good food + very quiet + excellent gym and pool + well designed rooms, etc etc. Overall - an excellent hotel.

It was an amazing experience at Sunset Jeddah, loved the ambience and staff. They have amazing food, their Bon Miam Cafe had the best club sandwich. I would rate them a 10/10. They also have an Indian restaurant which has authentic indian cuisine, it’s a must try.

We stayed at Sunset Jeddah hotel to attend family member wedding ceremony. As the hotel is four stars but actually the elegance, beautiful decors and artworks, quality of service, professional hospitality by All team quality the hotel for five stars. The hotel is uniquely positioned in the heart of Jeddah and close to all facilities, malls and logistics. I wish to thank the greatest and beautiful inside outside front desk officer Ms Wedian, i consider her as the maestro of all hotel services. Wedian put extra efforts to ensure all our rooms requirements were instantly attended. Thanks also to Asiel and Nawaf who helped us on checking out in professional and friendly manner. We All used the in room dining services and had breakfast and refreshments at the restaurant too so wish to thank the lovely Ms Mada and Anis who went extra mile to serve us professionally with smiling face. Thanks Mr Fahim FnB Manager for his care and attention to details. Thanks Rifaat and Khetraj for instant response to our demands with smile. Thanks to HK team and the manager Mr Rafik who ensured daily deep cleaning to our rooms and supply any needed items. The cleaning standard is remarkable and very satisfying. Thanks Iqbal for promptly servicing our daily laundry requests with 20% discount. Thanks Masum for his daily greeting with smile to us upon arrival and departure as well as attending to any bell captain requests. Thanks Hotel Management for the unique hospitality experience and great staff selection who ensured our family stays were always very nice and will leave carrying beautiful memories. We will definitely come back again and this hotel is highly recommended.
