Radisson Blu Hotel, Jeddah Al Salam

Hotel Radisson Blu Al Salam Jeddah is not a 5 stars hotel as listed in your App, hardly can be classified as 3 stars and doesn’t reflect an international hotel standards. It just looks like a local brand apartment rooms setup. It doesn’t not deserve the amount of money offered at, at most the standard room that I had booked at about SAR 600, it deserves only SAR 250 comparison to similar rooms at other hotels. Besides staff are not professional or cooperative.

Just the housekeeping staff and the location. If it hasn't been for Mr Donald and his team, my stay would have been probably one of the worst stays ever. But thanks to his courteousness. I was able to pull through the night. Everything else besides the housekeeping and the location, which includes the food, the front desk staff, especially and one Miss Raida who probably had a special training of how to be rude. My father-in-law is an old man and cannot tolerate the cold temperatures of the air condition. I had requested for the temperature to be increased, but they had no option to do that except just turn off the air condition. Besides that I even asked for a room radiator, but that was also not available, which was quite a surprise as it is a very common thing in every hotel that you go visit, including all the Radisson properties that I have been to till date. There is a lot of waterlogging in the washrooms. I have taken videos as well as photographs of the same. It is best to avoid this property if you are in Jeddah

I had such a great time and a wonderful stay here. Even though I stayed for a long period, everything was comfortable and pleasant throughout! The staff were incredibly kind, and the food was absolutely delicious — I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay. I highly recommend this place! The housekeeping service was especially excellent. The room was always perfectly cleaned, and the service was top-notch. Nazrul (تزرول), the housekeeping attendant, was so kind and friendly that we became good friends. This has been a beautiful memory and a special time in Saudi Arabia. I love you, Saudi Arabia!
