Accueil formidable et localisation idéale !!! Les chambres vue mer sont a couper le souffle. La plage est magnifique et le personnel de l'hôtel est aux petits soins pour vous 😁 Le SPA est très agréable. La nourriture est très bonne même si la gastronomie française est bien au dessus 😂

What a fantastic hotel! We started to relax the second we arrived and spent a lovely chilled out week doing pretty much nothing. The location is amazing; miles of beautiful white sand right outside the door with just a cycle and footpath in-between. Our room (side sea view), was quiet, comfortable and spotlessly clean, as were all the public areas around the complex. There is a definite team effort to make guests feel welcome on the part of ALL the staff, who work tirelessly and discreetly to keep everything looking wonderful and always say ‘hello’. The food is amazing, with a huge choice at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Everything is fresh and appetising and always something new to try. The restaurant staff do a fantastic job, with drinks appearing quickly, used plates disappearing as if by magic….Honestly I don’t know how they do it. We weren’t sure about booking the Teppanyaki restaurant - eating Japanese food in the Canaries seems a bit incongruous, however, we took the plunge and it was simply brilliant. Delicious food, exemplary service and all in all a great experience. The hotel is recommended for couples, though not entirely adults only. There were a few children staying and they are clearly not unwelcome, however, the hotel is geared up for adults and other than the shallow pool (and the beach), there really isn’t anything for little ones. There are definitely more suitable places for families to stay. Just one teeny weeny niggle; it would be lovely if the Sports bar would serve gin and tonic drinks in nicer glasses, rather than the bulky tumblers they use (I really am being picky!) A huge thank you to all the staff for making our stay so memorable.

This is our second holiday here and came back because it was the best all inclusive holiday we have had. The friendliest staff in every part of the hotel, nothing is too much for them and kept us topped up with the best alcoholic drinks, smoothies and hot drinks plus snacks that you could want. We were all inclusive and as before paid for the Star Prestige which gave us an amazing see view in the cleanest room we’ve had, you also get your own pool and snack area which is nice and peaceful, plus your own seating area in the dining area. The food is exceptional and varies day to day, great selection of food catering for everyone with the best steaks cooked fresh in front of you. This is easily a five star resort, right next to a lovely sandy beach and only a short walk into town if you want to do some shopping. 100% recommend this as the best place to stay in Fuerteventura.

We had a lovely 10 day break at this hotel and would recommend the star prestige service to anyone. This would of been a 5 star review but management just don't listen to any issues that arise. We emailed in advance and at check in for a quiet room but when you have 40 rooms on your floor and you get put in one at the bottom of the stairs that everyone uses to get to and from the pool and the beach it questions do they listen. It was made worse on return when instead of just holding their hand up and apologising they said they had given us a quiet room! This along with constant problems getting pool towels every night,reception never answering the phone, struggling to get a drink outside after dinner and food not cleared away from your table didn't distract from a great holiday. With attention to detail this could be a 5 star hotel but at the moment there are some great positive staff with special mention to Nairobi who spoilt us at the star prestige pool area but not everyone was so happy and positive. The star prestige pool area and exclusive eating area in the restaurant made this a relaxing and peaceful holiday and I would recommend this to anyone along with the hotels location and views of the long sandy beach. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel but only if you pay the extra for the star prestige service and management please take note it's the small details that sets the standards

Where to start?! This hotel is the height of excellence for the following…. *Fantastic food ( you will not find better choices and quality) *Superb staff ( in ALL areas, the waiting staff are never far away and very attentive) *Amazing rooms that are kept exceptionally clean by the friendliest of staff *Relaxing environment which is perfect holiday vibes! As other reviewers state this is certainly a hotel you will want to return to for SO many reasons!! We stayed in Room 2051 which was gorgeous… a fair stroll to the restaurant but extremely quiet so take your pick… THANK YOU TO ALL STAFF WHO MADE OUR STAY INCREDIBLE... and like so many others… WE WILL BE BACK! ＜3

What a pleasure to stay at such a lovely hotel,the staff were fantastic nothing too much trouble especially Aliou he was brilliant,but they are all so friendly and seem very happy in their work. Food was great something different every mealtime and the Japanese restaurant is a must! My only issue was we were on the side sea view and it overlooks the hotel behind and was very dark never really had any sun always shade but maybe in the hotter months might be fine for some people but the room was lovely and quiet. If there was music and dancing by pool it was very noisy until 10:30ish you wouldn’t be able to sleep. The swim up pool area was part of the main pool so aerobics and people swimming by,also in the shade after lunch so bear that in mind too .Aside from few little moans it was brilliant and we go again for sure.
