Location was good, in room dining services and the taste was great. The gym can be upgraded, but it has a cable machine and dumbbells.

The stay at Vivanta Jamshedpur was excellent. We found the food, services and amenities to be quite good. Hotel staffs were extremely polite and helpful. The location was an add on advantage.

Property was refreshing and very welcoming. The Tajness was seen everywhere, right from checkon to room service. Room size was OK for the category. Dinner spread was great and food was sumptuous. The captains and chef were very caring and provided an excellent experience

Nice stay overall. Good spacious rooms and nice restaurant with good spread of cuisines. Staff at the restaurant was very courteous.

Pros
1. Good and fast service. Can be even termed as exceptional & quite fast. Extremely polite and nice and helpful staff. 2. Large enough rooms & clean enough. Cons
1. Bathroom jet spray not working. Room no. 531. 2. Very difficult to call room service by phone; too many phone numbers. 3. Not much facilities: small pool. 4. Not enough food options for a 5 star hotel buffet breakfast. 5. Very slow lift. 6. Old property some floors newly renovated.
