The bathroom of the hotel is in a very bad condition. The food quality of the hotel is also very bad. Service of the hotel is also poor even though water is not available.

Uncomfortable bed and pillow, no complimentary water service, no hand wash, bathing shop and shampoo not available, food quality also not good, rate high but hospitality is bad as per price, as per hospitality price should be 1200 only, truly it's a bad experience

Hotel denied to give us entry and hence we had to look for another hotel. I request to give the money back.

Dirty rooms, unhygienic washrooms. Staff wants to charge you for everything. No complementary bottle of water (not even one per day. Even regular filtered water not available. Hot water not available, have to call reception and wait for atleast 20 minutes before some one comes and understands the issue; then he has to ask some one else to help. No comments about food; lack of good restaurants in the vicinity and you dont have any choice. My suggestion; good if you checking in the evening and moving out in the morning. We actually checked out after one night (even tough we had a paid reservation for 3 nights) and moved to another hotel in the vicinity. Think before you book here

Sir there is not proper led tv remote also not working after two and three time asking person came no soap with towel
