Excellent service, staff politeness, cleanines & BF is also good and food quality is also good. Have nice ambience on roof top. Food is little pricy. Enjoyed staying there.

Nginep semalam di Swiss-Belhotel Jambi, overall cukup puas. Lokasinya strategis, deket pusat kota dan gampang cari makan. Kamar bersih, rapi, AC dingin, tempat tidur nyaman. Kamar mandinya juga bersih, air panas lancar. Sarapan cukup variatif, ada makanan lokal dan western, meski rasanya nggak semuanya cocok di lidah. Staf ramah dan responsif, proses check-in dan check-out cepet. Kolam renang bersih, nggak terlalu rame, cocok buat santai sore. Lift kadang agak lama, apalagi pas jam-jam sibuk. Tapi selebihnya oke. Buat perjalanan singkat atau bisnis, hotel ini cukup recommended. Akan menginap kembali di hotel ini jika mapir ke Jambi

Room was clean, staff was great however they do not allow you to drop delivery food at the lobby, so you have to always meet the driver at the basement. Unfortunately, the management focus too much on making money to the expense of the customers comfort. As soon as you enter the room, there would be snack bar with multiple small pamphlets here and there selling stuff, this kind of killing the luxury hotel vibe. On top of that, they open their small pool to public, meaning that around 3-4ish pm there is some swimming lesson going on preventing me to swim (note that the swimming pool is small). Overall, I prefer the other neighbor 4-star hotel

Regarding our food delivery policy, we understand that meeting drivers at the basement may be inconvenient. Please allow us to explain, this procedure is in place primarily for food safety and security reasons. By limiting external food drop-offs in public areas like the lobby, we aim to reduce any potential hygiene risks and ensure a more controlled and sanitary environment for all guests. That said, we’re continually reviewing our approach to find a better balance between guest convenience and safety, and your feedback is invaluable in that process. We also appreciate your comments about the in-room snack bar and promotional materials. Lastly, we regret that your use of the pool was impacted. While we do host scheduled lessons during certain hours, we fully understand how important it is for guests to enjoy uninterrupted access to our facilities. Your comments will be taken into account as we explore ways to better manage shared usage. Thank you again for your thoughtful review.
